Description of Work: Our refrigerator stopped working. Same day call back and quick response. James quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. While waiting to be sure the refrigerator was running properly, he explained what he did and gave me the part that he had replaced. |We were very pleased from beginning to end.

Description of Work: Our electric stove had frozen in the locked position, and we had thrown the circuit breaker to prevent it from causing a fire. Also, our dishwasher wasn't cleaning. We have called James in the past, and he repaired a freezer inexpensively, and advised us to replace a washing machine rather than have him repair it. He even recommended the brands he sees for repair the least, but are reasonably priced! He'll be back with parts to repair the dishwasher (no charge for diagnosing the problems)and fixed the oven without replacing the electronic "brain," saving us a lot of money again. He is prompt, honest, gives good advice, will not repair something that either doesn't need it yet or isn't worth it, and is cheerful and courteous besides. I'm so glad we found him on Angie'[s list!
