So far everything has been great. The rep was on time, prompt, courteous and professional. Straight forward with the pricing with the windows that we wanted and the two doors that we wanted to replace. He wasn't super knowledgeable with the doors but we all worked together in going over what we want and what we were looking for in the doors. He's really good at helping us figuring out and deciding what would be the best fit fit for us. We haven't had the work done yet but we have them on the process. We're just waiting everything to be made within the next three weeks.

They replaced all of the windows in my house. The price was excellent and the workmanship was superb.

I had to cancel order after 4 weeks of promises, Lies and bad customer service. I am extremely angry because I subscribed to Angie's list to find good contractors and Window World had an A rating .. Window world cost me more money from contractor's waiting then any savings would of been worth. They take your deposit and hold you hostage. Find someone else.

The service was excellent. My previous windows were less than 12 years old. I was just going to have them replace 2 picture box windows but I liked their windows so well that I had them replace other windows. The windows are absolutely beautiful.

They were very good and I was happy with them. Their prices were fair and the windows were of good quality. I had a problem with a window and they came right out and fixed it.

The salesman was honest and knowledgeable. The installers showed up on time, completed the work in a short time and completely cleaned up.

Received careful demonstration at the retail store. Features and quality was explained. Ordered and arranged for installaion. The installer did seem to rush but showed up on time as scheduled and completed in same day. Installer did clean up and hauled away all debris.

They were excellent. When the salesman came out I was trying to tell him how I wanted the windows but I didn't tell him I wanted the panes in the middle of the window. I was being conservative. And for $39 more per widow I could of had the individual panes for the Colonial style houses put in between the double glass. He didn't tell me I could do this and he didn't pressure me into spending more money on my window. The next day after I placed the order I called him up to make that change and he said he was glad I did because it will look so much better. So there is no pressure to buy and you get what you ask for. We had the windows installed the first good day available. Three people came to install five windows. They were neat and I only had to move the furniture a minimal amount. They were fast and very professional. They did a beautiful job. The way I thought it was going to go was that we were going to have to paint and repair a little bit here and there and we didn't have to touch anything, they did it all. And it was an odd situation where they left the framework for the old windows in and they fit the new window to it. So I did lose my window seal which I suspected would happen but the new windows are beautiful. I will be calling them soon to do the rest of my house. The windows have a lifetime warranty which we can transfer to the new owner if we ever sell the house. The product is very good.

It was a great price. The installation was seamless and it took only a day. The quality of windows is good so far. They were on time, responsive and overall, I was pleased with the experience. However, I was calling for some information and it never seemed to arrive.

It went well. We love our new windows. The team hired by window world was nice. They installed the new windows in a professional way. Definitely will use them again.

The job went well. We had more than three estimates and they were the lowest. So far it seems fine. They were friendly and helpful. They finished the job in one day.

Great experience...was a little concerned about dealing with a chain, but a few things I liked: the Goodhousekeeping Seal of Approval-that means a lot, the lifetime warranty against accidental breakage--very important because we have two small children, the demo/measuring/lead test took an hour--not a waste of my time, and they offered great financing. The work took a while to get on their schedule, but once they got here, they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and checked in often to make sure the product was inserted the way I wanted. The wrap on the outside made a huge difference in the aesthetics...we had a lot of paint chipping on the outside, and it was nice to clean it up. The drafts are gone, and they are so easy to clean, and the grids look like they are really on the outside of the window. Great experience...will have them come out again to do the rest of the windows next year.

I know people say "You get what you pay for" but I believe I came out ahead in this one. Not only did I get the best price, I am very satisfied with the product, and the installation went great. I had these windows installed in a rental unit, but I now plan to have them back in the Spring for the rest of the house.

It took one week for someone to come in to give a quote, which seems to be normal during this time of the year (the contractor we chose took 5 days). The person providing the estimate seemed baffled when looking at the first window because is was installed in a slightly unusual manner. After looking at other windows, he explained that two small pieces of wood trim were missing. Not sure why that seemed to confuse him so much. On another window, the windows sill needed to be replaced. He declared "this is indoor work, we don't usually do that". Did not provide any help how to go about replacing it; I probably would have had to call a handy man, and pay a few hundred extra dollars. When I mentioned that I regarded the low number of reviews the company had on Angie's List as a minus, he offered to provide "thousands" of references. I pointed out that I am generally skeptical about references submitted by contractors, since they tend to include only customers who had positive experiences. He denied that and stated that their references would include all customers - implying that they don't even ask customers if they are willing to provide references. He became argumentative and pointed out that they are the largest replacement window company in the US. Overall, this estimate was a surprisingly negative experience which left me somewhat angry. My wife and I had no problem to pick a different contractor with many excellent ratings on Angie's list instead, even though the quote was more than 50% higher.

Very well. I have no complaints. They showed up when they were supposed to. The windows were as advertised and at the quoted price. Installation was quick and well done. And they cleaned up after themselves. My wife is thrilled.
