Terminix - Woburn -Termite & Pest Control

I think they are fine. Our experience with the people that come home has been fine. I never call them; they just come out on a scheduled basis. We have an ongoing relationship with them.

They come when they say they will. They are pretty helpful. The overall experience is good. The price isn't great. They are a little expensive for what they do. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. I will use this company in the future.

They are reasonably priced, and they do what they say they are going to do. It doesn't require any babysitting.

They were very courteous and did the job exactly as they said for the estimated cost. They did a good job and their quality was very good. They were very professional.

I have used them before for a termite problem and I no longer have the problem so I decided to use them again for maintenance on an ant problem. I pay them by the quarter and I think the price is competitive. They always come within the window they say they will come in. I will continue to use Terminix.

They took over the smaller company I was using and they do not provide the same service. They auto draft out of your account and send you a bill. They seem to randomly schedule and if you are not there when they come out they do a little bit of work and bill you. I do not mind them not being totally green. When they see that we have dogs they still spray in the back yard and I did have a dog get sick from it. I do not plan to continue using them in the future.

If the place is fine, then they won't spray. I generally don’t need to call them back for anything once they have come out and done the work. I would use them again in the future if needed.

The inspection was free which was great. They were on time and very courteous and very informed

He charged me for treating for termintes while I was not there. It was winter, I never saw him, so he couldn't get in the house. I did not pay.

They give me good service. They are great employees. They are punctual. I would continue to use them in the future.

I can't say that my associations with Terminix have always been positive. It had nothing to do with the technician. I feel like they are reactionary and not proactive. That could be because of the restrictions on chemicals they can use. I felt like it was a little to expensive and that is why I cancelled our pest control contract. I will probably stop the termite protection this year. I have had the termite service for about 10 years now. I don't think it's really necessary. It's more of an insurance policy if I get termites. I would probably hire someone else in the future.

They came to get rid of big, black ants and got rid of them. The price doesn't seem excessive to me, it's $100 a treatment, I haven't compared the price, and they notify me when they are coming.

We've been using them for 5 years. They only do the inside if we are home and we are usually not home so we have to schedule that if we want it done. We have no complaints. They don't notify us when they are going to come or if they do, we don't pay attention to the mail so that may be our fault. They always say that if we want them to come back to do the inside to call. It is more our fault than theirs. We haven't noticed any insect infestation. If we notice something, they will usually come out within 24 hours. We haven't used anybody else so we don't have any comparison. We have certainly been happy. They are very professional. We will continue to use them.

They are efficient, keep their appointments on time, they come when they say they will, they are quick and most importantly the service seems to work. I was inundated with ants at one time and that's why I called and I haven't even seen one ant.

They said that I had carpenter ants. I felt aggressive and unscrupulous. I had two other companies come in and they said I did not have the carpenter ants. Terminix wouldn’t quit when the contract was up. They kept calling when I said I didn’t want to renew with them. They were awful. I would discourage anyone from using them.

They will be coming tomorrow. They seemed to be equipped to do any work needed.

They have done a very good job for us. Their professionalism is excellent. When I ask them to spray an extra area, they always do. They were cheaper than the other companies. The only thing I do not like about them is that I sometimes get the email late. If I call with a problem, they come out the next day.

The guy that comes is awesome and really loves his job. He is a local. We have a yearly contract and they come four times a years. We have been using them for three years.

They were good. They were very attentive to detail and went through the entire house to place traps. They were very helpful in getting rid of the mice. Their work was excellent, though I thought their price was a little high. They were very professional in the way they went about their work...he explained everything very well. I would use them again if I needed to.

I like them. They come on time. They charge me about $500 a year. We had a terrible ant problem. I would open up my dish washer and 100 ants would crawl out. They were all over my counters. They were everywhere. It was awful. One particular guy worked on it and he found the main ant nests and they were not even near the house. He got rid of every single ant. I have not had any ants in the house since. They let me know in advance when they are coming. They are very good and they do what they are supposed to do. They come in when they are supposed to.
