Bulant came bright and early (conveniently on a Saturday morning) and finished up quickly. He was polite and respectful to my wife and I during the process. He brought extra keys and we were very pleased with the overall process.

Bulent was immediately responsive to my post and was flexible on meeting my first choice of time. I needed some locks swapped out in my new house. He was on time, asked some good questions, and was very pleasant to interact with. He even tried to exceed my expectations when I asked for 3 keys, he made me 5. I would recommend him.

After having a negative experience with another locksmith who didn't show up as promised, Bulent at Star Locksmith came out within 2 hours of calling to re-key my locks. Bulent took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave a fair estimate, did the work efficiently and billed exactly what was estimated. I would highly recommend Star Locksmith!
