Excellent responsiveness, showed up on sunday for no extra cost, but the new lock was 2-3x the street price. I suppose that carrying inventory has some costs, but still the differential was a bit steep... still, I would *definitely* use him again. He oiled the old lock as well which was sticking.

The initial job was completed quickly and efficiently! Once the work began it was clear it was more complicated than originally thought. He clearly explained what needed to be fixed outside of his ability to do the job. I did as he suggested and I I am very happy with is work and communication.
