I was in a panic and made the call. Bulent came within 1/2 hour and I have never been so pleased and impressed. From now on, I will ONLY use this young man as his expertise was outstanding. Our house keys were stolen and we needed our locks changed right away. We got almost immediate, same-day service with a smile - and without a harsh penalty for overtime or weekend service. Bulent was extremely professional - upon arriving, he showed his badge to me and my husband separately. (Comforting when you're ordering services online...) He completed the job very quickly - you wouldn't have even know he was here (except for the driilling!) :) Bulent was very friendly, efficient and skilled. I would definitely use Star again.

Bulent came as scheduled and reviewed what was needed to be done. It was a simple repair job on three doors but I didn't know that - I thought it would be much more work. He showed me the problems with each door and how to fix them if the need ever rose again. Very polite, tidy and fast. Extremely reasonable fee for great work. Highly recommend Star Locksmith.
