Quick prompt service, fair price and someone who went the extra mile. He fixed my 1907 mortised lock that was in pieces. I was amazed as he sat down, layed out all the pieces and proceeded to 'puzzle' it all back together.

I received a call on a Sunday responding to a request to change out door locks on Sunday morning. Bulent said that he would be by at 1 PM that day (Sunday). He got there as promised, and completed the work within 2 hours. The service was professional, timely and clean. He did a terrific job.
