We have a reasonably sized kitchen but there was very limited usable cabinet space. Very frustrating. Our cabinets are also fairly deep, so pulling stuff (pots/pans, etc) from the back of the cabinets was a real pain. The ShelfGenie guys came and measured my cabinets and made several good suggestions, including using one of the cabinets to hold our garbage can (and could slide in and out with a glide-out) and the placement of our super-heavy KitchenAid mixer. It used to be pretty much impossible for my wife to take the mixer out (she had to ask me to do it always). Now, she can pull the shelf out and be in a good lifting position (rather than putting too much pressure on her back). The technicians were very professional, from the initial meet to the end of instillation. The whole process was extremely easy. I didn't feel like i had to hoover over them. A huge, upgrade to my kitchen with minimal effort from me at a very reasonable cost.

Steve the installer was right on time. Very friendly professional. Work was done in 1/2 day. Clean up was through. Protected our carpets as he was in & out house. Great product.

The initial appointment was at my convenience. They were prompt. The presentation was excellent and not pushy. The installer arrived on time, was very nice. When finished, the area he worked in was very clean.

We contacted ShelfGenie initially to get a quote on installing pullout shelves in a linen closet. When they came to do the estimate, we added a couple of cabinets in the kitchen. This was not a high pressure sales pitch; it was a professional describing the available options. We definitely like that this is a Made in the USA product. After agreeing to purchase, one of ShelfGenie's installers came and took measurements. About a month later the shelves were ready. We were able to easily schedule an install time. The installer was punctual, neat and explained everything to us. Overall, we a very pleased with the whole process.

Great experience. Company Rep came to give initial estimate and a design to have 6 shelf unit built at the back of a long but narrow pantry closet. Next a builder came to validate the concept for the shelves. Finally a few weeks later, installer came. He made sure every thing was level for the shelf unit. He built shelves explaining to me along the way what he was doing. The system is great. I highly recommend Shelf Genie for shelf installation.

Elizabeth, the designer came first to measure and design. She was prompt, courteous, and very efficient. A follow up call from Steve, the installer, was also prompt, courteous ,and efficient. As promised, the work was done on schedule, and to my liking. I am very pleased with the finished pantry.

ShelfGenie installation went very well. This work was done as part of a cabinet refacing project by Cabinet Cures. Owned by the same people so they coordinated everything very well. They removed stiles (sp?) as necessary to fit the pullout drawers. For the pantry, they took measurements of various food items to make the best spacing of glide-outs. They did the same for my pots and pans and bakeware for those glide-outs. Throughout the process, they gave me suggestions, which I really appreciated. Everyone was very professional and responsive. I could tell they take pride in their work. I love my new kitchen!

We saw an ad in a flyer or newspaper that showed a picture of these rolling shelves that looked like they would solve a storage problem we had in the pantry. The owner/salesman came to our house at our request. He was very professional listened to what we needed and showed us the options he had available. We were impressed with his presentation and the quality of the sliding wood shelves. We ordered the units, which were made to our measured requirements (they are not off the shelf units). The shelves arrived a few weeks later and their very friendly and professional carpenter installed them. It has been about 9 months since the installation and the shelves are performing admirably.

Entire job lasted about 2 1/2 hours fitting cabinets, installing brackets insuring each shelf proper height to fit contents, prep & cleanup.

We decided it was time to have the more convenient sliding drawers. My husband had seen the ad for ShelfGenie in the paper and we called them, they came out, gave an estimate immediately. Came back to measure and 5 weeks later our shelves were delivered and installed. The installers were very professional,serviceminded and helpful.

Arrived early after heads up call. Protected floors. Consulted with me about height placement and usage. After 3 hrs I had a fully functional closet. Installer was polite, efficient and quiet. Money well spent.

I decided to go ahead with a project I had been lusting after for quite a while?Shelf Genie! The idea of having my kitchen cabinets perfectly organized, with every needed item available to me at the pull of a drawer excited me beyond words. While at a local home show, I signed up for a consultation. Jeff arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He gave me several options for various configurations of cabinets and drawers, with enough price point differences to make it intriguing. Being a compete pushover for organization, I wanted to outfit every cabinet in my kitchen. Good sense and a finite budget prevailed though, and I opted for a large double pantry, and one under-sink cabinet. Jeff's two-man crew arrived on the appointed day and time. They covered my front hallway and kitchen floors, removed the old shelves, reconfigured a wall in the pantry, and installed the Shelf Genie glide out drawers. They were precise in everything they did; they even measured my cereal boxes to ensure that there would be minimal wasted space between shelves. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when they were done. The shelves are fabulous! Everything is organized and neat. The shelves glide out easily, and seem to give me way more room than I had before. I highly recommend Shelf Genie; the product and the company are first rate!

Excellent process. No mistakes. Exactly as expected.

The design consultant paid a visit to my home, after a call on my part, requesting information and price quote. A preliminary price quote was given on-site, subject to the installer's actual visit to verify the proposed work requested. Subsequent to the installer's visit and confirmation of the work required, the 50% deposit amount was required. What was not discussed was the fact that one should expect to lose storage space and capacity; this would have been a crucial decision-making factor in determining whether to proceed with the installation. The replacement shelving works for convenience only; you do lose substantial space and storage.I was not able to restore many articles previously stored on the original shevles. When installing the shevles, the installer asked for the tallest item for one particular shelf, so that he could measure the height of the upper shelf in one of the cabinets. I assumed that this was done; after he left, I tried to put this particular item on the shelf and it would NOT fit, as it was too tall. Ovbiously, he did not measure correctly. Of particular annoyance was the fact that very few essential items could be returned to the under-the-sink cabinet. I even had to purchase a new trash basket, as the one which had been there no longer fit. Both the design consultant and the installer saw how my shelves and cabinets were outfitted, before the execution of the actual work. I should have been duly notified that many items would no longer be able to be stored where they were, or even, at all!

It’s a franchise operation. They are bit pricey but the work is absolutely excellent. They come on time. If they are going to be delayed, they call. My entire dealing with them is excellent. They are very professional. I would use them in the future.

We called ShelfGenie: estimate and total cost given on first meeting. Priced quite well and installed two weeks ahead of time. Company reps. are personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Quality of product is superb.
