Our experience with the the installer's work was great! He did a wonderful job installing the tub, trimmings & accessories! He was very pleasant & personable. He kept very busy to complete the job. When he was finished, everything was cleaned up. We love our new tub look!

They were fantastic from the phone call to the appointment to the completion of the project! I would definitely hire them again! Danny was very professional and did not stop working until the job was done to his satisfaction which was more demanding than myself.They made sure it was done right! And the plumber John, he was also excellent and noticed a leak I had in my basementWhich his office called the city so they can come out and shut off the water at the street so the valve can be replaced. Way to go NewPro!

I was very pleased with the work Dominic did on the windows. He was courteous and extremely professional and answered all of my questions and concerns about the windows.

The doors are very high quality. The installation is very much not. After three visits to my house, I am left with open joints at the mitered corners of the trim, a cracked wall, and a giant unsightly 1" wide bead of caulk smeared up the wall. I will not use NewPro again.

They were very professional and punctual. They were informative and explained the different ways to use the storm door window and the door itself. They were not afraid of our dog. They actually petted or dog and let our dog sniff them

The technician showed on time and fixed the problem very quickly. The repair was done under warranty and I'm very happy.

Finally after multiple phone calls (no response), emails (no response), and texts to our sales rep asking him to follow up, they realized their mistake & scheduled the time to come out and install the sliding door to our deck in early August (in time for us to still enjoy it for half of summer). But THEN! When I took the day off from work to be home for them between 8am-12pm, they called AFTER 9am to tell me that 'oops! They didnt have all the parts after all' I was told that they would 1. Call back to reschedule and 2. A manager would be calling me back that day. Well here we are approaching mid-September and STILL no sliding door. And ZERO calls from either scheduler OR a manager. Everytime I call I am pronpted to leave a message and will get a callback, but I have only received one after reaching out to our sales rep Rich (who has been a shining star through all of this). So no, I don't recommend Newpro. Everyone assured me they're the best & any issues we had would be fixed immediately. But this is getting ridiculous. Now it is almost mid-September and we STILL have no door in sight when we purchased in JANUARY. And all because of an apparent lack of project management?? Thinking we should have gone with Renewal by Anderson whose quote was lower & probably would've been done right and on time. Giving some stars because the windows that were installed appear to be done well, although there are some places missing caulking that we didnt notice at first & were going to point out when they came to do the door.

Disappointed with our experience. The salesman was very charming. Made it clear I wanted to go with a mass save loan. Was told I didn’t qualify for that loan. Unfortunately we fell for his charm and after signing for a loan with NewPro I found out we weren’t given all the needed information, and information we were given was false. I tried calling and could never get anyone who could help. It took 2 weeks to finally get a call back. Went over the problem with management and was told I would get a call back on a Monday and didn’t get a call till Thursday. I was supposed to get an email which I never got I have now tried to get the manager to answer me and I am being completely ignored at this point. As a younger first time home owner I feel very disappointed with how they conduct business and I was absolutely misled throughout this entire process.

We have have experienced terrible service from this company. I would not recommend using their service. We ordered a new shower in Feb 2022, the base came in with wrong drain placement. Our bathroom has been torn apart for 7 weeks and the company will not respond to numerous calls, v mails or email. We have filed a compost with the Better Business Bureau and will soon be seeking legal action. I strongly recommend removing from the Angi site or forewarning that if something goes wrong they are completely unresponsive. We have already paid thousands of dollars and have a disaster in our bathroom

The tech who came, Vinnie, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Trouble is, he was not given all the necessary information by the tech who came out several weeks ago to assess the situation. As a result, I refused a band-aid repair, with the hope that Newpro will live up to its own hype, and fix my very expensive entry door!

5/9/22; CONSISTENTLY POOR PERFORMANCE. New Pro appears to excel at marketing, but fall short in application and follow through. As if our less than favorable initial experience wasn't already disappointing enough the main components of the bathroom upgrade we purchased are falling apart after less than two years. We've called to have NewPro make good on the warranty and had to wait weeks. A repairman finally showed-up and explained that it he was unable to do the main repairs because the needs were beyond his scope of expertise. he assured me that this would be reported and there would be follow-up. Now we're back where we started - calling to nag them to come and fix it. We waited to hear from them today thinking a least we'd get a call to reschedule and true to form, no one called, no one followed up, so finally we did and left a message. So here we go again... I will say one thing for NewPro -they are consistent- they have not failed to disappoint us since we handed our money over for the job. Lesson learned, NewPro-never again. Looking for home services? Do yourself a favor skip right over this outfit -there's countless better options out there.

This was the best experience I ever had. And it was all thanks to the expertise, professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the installer Kevin Swindell from NewPro. He came - He saw - He conquered. All in a very timely manner. Thank you again Kevin. It was a pleasure.

The tub leaked causing water to drip down into the kitchen below. There are now water stains on the ceiling and NewPro has been unresponsive about repairing the damage. The shower head also leaks when the water is turned on for the tub. I feel NewPro was very pricey and the product is poor quality.

There are important things all consumers of network need to understand: 1: they send a sales guy to talk to you initially, not an expert on installation. 2: they don’t send experts who are knowledgeable about doing the work until the day of. 3: They use tactics in their sales pitch that are easily manipulative and misleading! Initially we talked to the salesman to get our quote. They went through a whole PowerPoint slide about their company, boasting and basically wasting our time with the companies info for 1 hour and 40 min. They say if anything comes up as they are working on your project they will take care of it. (Remember the last sentence before this for later) so we are told it’s going to be discounted if we chose to go with the project today. Basically a high pressure sales pitch. So we wait up to 2 months and a half to get a date where we can have the project done. During this whole time, as stated before, they do not end any professional who would be knowledgeable about the work beforehand during this time. The day they arrive to do the job, they say the floor isn’t leveled. This was a true statement, however you would think hey it’s ok, they found something and should cover it as they do their work. NOPE!!! Remember, they will fix it as they are working on it!!! They instead take a few pictures, sit in their car for about an hour and then I get a phone call from a receptionist saying they won’t do the work until I level the floor. They could have had someone inspect the area before hand to warn me, or stuck to their promise but no, they use the loop hole of saying that they will fix anything that comes up while they are physically working, so instead they refuse to work unless I fix it first. Stick with me, it gets worse. One of the things that made me choose this company was that they initially told me it would definitely be done in a day. (Spoiler alert, the salesman does blatantly lie and say this and it won’t happen) so I suck it up, call someone the same day they refused to start and get someone to fully gut out the flooring and make it prestine all that same day. I called new pro back, sent pictures and they agreed to come back in 4 days to do the work. Then when they come back, they kept going back and forth on removing a wall or not to put my shower in when this is something they should have known for a long time. They come in, took a look, and went to their call for an hour. I get a call from the same receptionist as before and they say, we won’t replace on of the ceiling tiles and also we won’t paint your wall we need to install when we put in your shower. Tell me, why the **** am I paying 13,000 dollars for? Literally they can spare replacing a single ceiling tile, putting in the shower, and painting the wall they replace. It makes absolutely no sense to me why the **** im paying them 13,000 dollars for this service. Now here’s the kicker too. I am a veteran, and the initial salesman tried to play on this by saying we value our servicemembers and do absolutely whatever we can to make the experience easy on them. I asked the salesman about the tile on the ceiling, the wall that would have to be replaced, the fact that if it was removed it should be repainted by new pro. All these things he said ups be covered and are not!!! Do not trust new pro. All you will get is a salesman who promises you things, workers who literally tell you the salesman is incompetent, and a receptionist who has an attitude with you because you are concerned about your living space and want to ensure it will be ok. I can’t stress this enough, do not go to new pro, other people will value you as a customer so much more, give you a greater price, and will be very grateful for your bussiness.

Made an appointment for a quotation for Vinyl Siding. Phone scheduler said it would take about 40 minutes and we would have a quote good for one year. Person was at our home, for 1 hour 40 minutes, received a quote for Composite Siding (not vinyl as asked) and it was 3x times more expensive than two other quotes we received. He said the quote was good for one month, but if we "decided tonight" we could "Save" $ 3,000. At the end the Sales person said "I come out here to make money, do you want to do this or not". I respectfully asked to discuss the quote with my wife and let them know later this week. He said "you have already decided" and left. Previously in the discussion I had requested he email me the quote and email the pictures we went through during the one hour and 40 minutes. I have not received anything. Typical Bait and Switch, high pressure sales pitch. I would not recommend.
