Matt from Newpro came over. He looked at our bathtub area ,asked questions and made some suggestions. He had a IPad that had options and samples. He came up with a price for material & labor included $ 6,685 w/ chrome. $6,758 w/ nickel for a surround over our existing tub and walls. If I signed up that day I would get 10% off. He had very strong pushy way of selling. No wonder the price for a surround was twice what I was quoted for removal of 3 walls, tub, replacing tub, new tile, and granite shelf and window sil. We had thought relining bathtub might save us money as it goes over our existing tub and walls not be twice as expensive and look worse. We ended up finding a tile contractor who was able to match existing tile and add some glass tiles above window on 3 sides for $1100.

We love the new Awning window. The installers did a great job removing the old window, discarding it and cleaning-up after themselves. The installation went really well and we haven't had any problems with the window or the installation in nearly a year. Our family and friends comment about how beautiful and functional the window is. We would highly recommend this company and their services.

There method of selling is atrocious, disgusting and even humiliating. The salesman comes out to visityou and then gives you a eceptionally high price and then over the conversation of about an hour and a half willreduce it to about half the price IF you sign immediately and they are very forceful with this. When the salesman sees that you are not going to sign immediately he then leaves in a huff. At least that is what you presume. The sales manager then calls you and tells you that he has a much better deal with another type of window. He then makes an appointment and turns up, in my case, with the owner of the company. To make a long story short the windows he is offering you is the same and he just gives you a little more off, if you sign immediately. This went on for another hour and half to two and even telling him to quit while he was ahead did not help. I would not use this DISGUSTING company just because of the method they use to sell. That method is old and can make a person feel as if they are stupid. Got my windows in the end elsewhere at a MUCH netter price and I believe the quality is just as good

The experience with them went very good. They were so clean and professional.

We had them come in to replace a window in my parents house, the master bathroom window - the crank was broken and we couldn't get it closed. I only had one thought, call Newpro, they had done all of ours in 1990, and to this day we are very happy with them. They came to the house and gave us a very fair estimate, they also showed us the other products they had added to their line, one was a walkin- sit down tub. We had been thinking about putting one of those in for my father to use in the main bathroom as he was becoming very unsteady on his feet. We priced it out and had Newpro do both the window and the remodel of the tub area in the main bathroom. Dad loved it. Now Mom is using it too!

The salesmen were really pushy and took 2 hours to go through their presentation...it was painful. We went back and forth with them a few times until they got the price in a range we were comfortable with. The installation went very smooth and we have not had any problems with the windows. Although their windows were of a higher higher quality then some of the others we looked at, they were still a little too expensive. Next time I would probably go elsewhere.

The window installation went very smoothly and quickly. The results were spectacular. The house is draft free, much warmer, and more comfortable. My only surprise came when I realized the replacement windows were (necessarily) noticeably smaller than the originals, but one soon gets used to that. Window cleaning is now a much, much easier job. The front door installation went all right. The salesman set us up with a replacement door, but the installer, when he came, immediately ordered a full door. This was done without extra cost to me, and I appreciate what the installer did. The replacement door would not have been good in this situation. The salesmen from this outfit are pita. They are very high-pressure and they make every effort to get you to sign up immediately (including offering a substantial price break.) I don't like this kind of behavior. But the company behind these guys is still very much ok. Service has been excellent. They are responsive and effective.

We had a new, very eager salesperson who sold us the windows. We did need new windows for our 1st floor and were happy to find a good solution for our needs. The salesperson definitely contacted us too much over the first 5 days after the purchase. Understanding his eagerness we gave him a pass, however it was extremely annoying after a period of time. Overall we are very happy with the windows and anticipate a repeat purchase for the 2nd floor when the budget is available.

They use good material, efficient and have a life time guarantee. I like them as a company.

Excellent service and very clean installation. Several difficult windows to size and replacement - good choice of double and triple pane windows. One small installation problem was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. HAverd used Newpro twice and happy with results.

All the downstairs windows were already Newpro windows and we really like them, so when we wanted to replace the wooden windows upstairs in Summer 2012 we had Newpro give us a quote. Newpro’s quote was higher than what the vinyl window quotes were, but so far we think Newpro windows are far superior in appearance, insulation, and durability. We are convinced that these windows add a lot of value to our house. The salesmen were great but slightly pushy. The installers were very professional. I look forward to saving money on our heating bills this winter. I’ll report back if there are any problems, but so far we love them.

Our overall opinion was that this company is an exceptional company to work with!! We have already contracted with them to do work in our upstairs bathroom.

The estimator/salesperson came to my house. Gave me the estimate that was good only for that day!When I said that I would NOT be making any decision that day, his tone completely changed. He was clearly annoyed, packed up his materials and left. Fine.SINCE THEN, Newpro has called well over 100 TIMES! I don't answer and they leave NO MESSAGE! Today I received another call. Didn't answer. Within 2 minutes another call came in from Newpro. I answered. Asked him if he just called me 2 minutes before. He said 'yeah, I apologize for that'. Told him the real apology would be if they didn't call anymore. He was rude and mocking. BEWARE! This company has a good reputation? One day deals? What BS!

I called Newpro for an estimate on replacing a very large and expensive patio door. The salesman was only a few minutes late for our appointment, and that was fine. However, the rest of the appointment amounted to the worst in-home sales call my wife and I have ever experienced, and we've had many over the decade we've lived in our "fixer-upper" home. The young man demanded to go through each step of his sales pitch, from a company-info slide-show on his iPad to demonstrations on windows, which we weren't even buying, to even a heat-lamp experiment conducted AFTER I had expressed directly that things were taking too long. This was the first salesman I have ever had to give an angry ultimatum to, and that includes the car salesmen I've dealt with. He refused to speak only to me, and when my wife or I had to attend to the needs of our pre-schooler or 1-year old, he'd stop in mid sentence and wait until he had both of our undivided attention. It was crazy. I hesitate to call him rude, because he was not, but he had no ability to read a customer's mood, body language, or even direct communications; I cannot fathom how he's stayed employed. Once the meeting had soured, 90 minutes in and punctuated by a screaming and over-tired baby (who would have loved to have gone down for a nap if this guy had let her), he actually tried a hard sell. My wife and I couldn't believe it. If we committed to his company right then we'd save a considerable sum, between 15-20%. "You've got to be kidding me." I said, to wit he sat down and asked for a glass of water. We did not commit. In the intervening three days, Newpro has called 9 times, leaving a message once that they could offer a much cheaper alternative. This evening they called three times as I was bathing my children, once right after the next, and never left a message. I managed to get to the phone on call three and made it clear we wouldn't be doing business with them. At this point, they could pay me to put in the door and I wouldn't let them. Any company this aggressive and ignorant about its customers' needs is one I want nothing to do with.

I feel the salesman overstayed his welcome. The installation was quick, easy and unobtrusive.

Newpro lost my business and earned my enmity without even coming to the house. Last week I called to schedule a quote for window replacement (I estimate this project is ~ $6-8000). I requested an appointment on one of two days the following week when I would be available at any time during the day. Newpro's rep vetoed these days as it is company policy to require that both members of a couple be present for the generation of the quote. It made no difference that my wife had no interest in participating in this process; her presence was mandatory. The Newpro scheduler offered 7 PM the following Tuesday as an appointment. I reluctantly accepted and made arrangements for my wife and I to be available at this inconvenient time. Monday evening I arrived home to find a message from Gobi, the scheduling manager from Newpro confirming the 7PM appointment the next day. She asked that I call to verify that we would still be available at that time. I called Newpro back to inform them that we would indeed be at the house at the appointed time. However, I was informed that their sales staff was suddenly quite busy the following day and was it possible to reschedule. I said it wasn't. I had agreed to a time that was offered to me by the company. I had received a confirmation call from the company for that time. My wife and I had rearranged our schedules for a time of Newpro’s choosing. I was not interested in rescheduling. The Newpro representative again asked to change the visit. I reaffirmed that I did not wish to further disrupt our schedules and I told him that my wife and I would be expecting a member of their of their sales team at 7 PM the following night as agreed upon and I ended the phone call. Needless to say, no one from Newpro came by for the quote.

They are border-line corrupt and so I didn’t go with them. They had an extremely aggressive and convoluted sales pitch. Their punctuality was not the issue, but their professionalism definitely was.

I was very disappointed in the approach of the sales guy , I told him I was getting another estimate and he almost seemed offended. Told me noone has the quality they have and if I didn't choose them good luck. I thought it was very rude and did not appreciate it and I tell my friends of the bad experience

I am not happy with the services provided by Newpro. The windows they made are very nice. However, they did a very poor job installing them. There is no insulation around the windows, so I am still getting drafts from outside. I pulled the trim away from one of the windows because of the draft and it was very obvious that there is no insulation. I have called Newpro repeatedly and after finally having a call returned, I was told they are a window installation company, not a insulation company. Newpro makes beautiful windows but they contract the installation job out to some one else to install them cheaply. They installed 10 windows, with only 2 guys, in one day. I have called over installation companies and they have told me that is not possible, with 2 men, to properly install the windows, as they should have put insulation in with the windows. I am still getting drafts and still having to use heating oil. They also did not install drip edges on the windows so I have water draining behind the windows and rotting them out. I finally got them to come out, and the man they sent made excuses on why they didn't put them in such as the house did not originally have them, so they were not required to put them in. I will not be using them again.

The price was ridiculous in comparison to all the other competitors and their domineer was fine. I will not use them again in the future.

We had 7 windows done to see if they were as good as advertized. The installation was very smooth and professional. Done on the date promised. These seven windows made a dramatic improvement in reducing outside noise, decreasing air infiltration, and improving the appearance of our house. After two years, with no shortcomings found in these windows, we had the remainder of the windows in our house replaced with Newpro windows. Matt again showed up and sold us the additional windows. Again installation was without problems, very professional, and very well-done. About a year later, one of the original windows in our son's room had a problem with its track. This was repaired under the warranty with the work done on the day promised with no problems. Three years later we sold our house, the window guarantee passed to the new owners, and we were convinced that these windows added materially to the value of our house and our ease in selling it. Our new house had much lower quality replacement windows which were installed in 2001 according to information passed on from the original owner. We immediately noticed the noise level in this house was considerably higher than what we had come to expect in our previous house. After 5 years and many more pressing improvements completed in our new house, we called Matt again (still selling Newpro windows) and ordered Newpro windows to replace all the windows except those in the very back of the house. Three major purchases of the same windows through the same salesperson with the same company over a 13 year period clearly indicates our positive opinion of the high quality of this company, their product, and their representatives from sales to installation.

I was told by Newpro their vinyl siding work would start in about 4-6 weeks and take about 10 workdays. They started in 6 weeks and completed in 5 days entirely to my satisfaction. The crew exhibited a well coordinated team effort knowing their individual responsibilities, and wasted no time in doing the job. They consulted with me where choices needed to be made, and proceeded with any requests I had. When problems were revealed in the house structure they just went ahead and corrected the problems without additional charge. I was surprised to see two of the crew show up one rainy day just to get the gutters up. Both Newpro’s president and vice president made calls to me to check on my impression of the work as it was in progress. I had signed the contract with Newpro being impressed with the 4 hour sales presentation and discounts in pricing made to secure my order. It had been my intent to get competitive pricing, and see other design options before making a decision. As a result I had misgivings about the pricing and selections I had made which bothered me immensely for two weeks. After all, it was a major expense and I felt depressed over how I proceeded with it. I called Newpro advising them of my concerns and that I was bothered to the point of considering cancellation. I was asked not to cancel until they could meet with me to review my order and my concerns. Three of their senior management attended the meeting with me. They had a very positive approach expressing their interest to make me happy with my purchase. They proved their sincerity by listening to my concerns, accepting major adjustments to my increased specifications, and offering some suggestions of their own all without a change in cost. I am very pleased with the way the work progressed, with the resulting appearance, and with Newpro’s desire to have me be the happy customer that I now am.

The windows we used are triple pane, that is a Newpro standard and one reason that it cost more. The sales call was pleasant and professsional, there were 2 gentlemen on the call and they applied all of the discounts I knew of without all the game playing (i.e. mention a name, or place a sign onthe lawn). Most important was that they accepted our decision to do only half of the house, they could see we were not sure what we wanted to do on the front of the house, They were also able to clue us in that there are limits to MASSAVE loans, and they would not cover the full cost. All in all, they were professional, on time and installed windows as promised.

Just an FYI. I called the number on their website to have ask if they could replace a single large window. They said yes. When asked for a name and address, I explained the home was not owned by an individual but by a convent. They said they could not give an estimate for the window and do the replacement unless the entire board of directors turned out for the estimator when he came to look at the window. Needless to say, we took my business somewhere else.
