Description of Work: We were pretty bowled over by the $12K price (before givebacks) for just a shower rebuild and politely thanked the sales rep (and gave home an ice cream sandwich for his time).

Description of Work: they came to house an gave us an estimate for replacement windows, they called back a few days later and said they would come back and see if we could work out a better deal and also give us an estimate on a new roof, we made an appointment for 4/5/2014 and they never showed up or called to reschedule

As one of the owners of the company, I find feedback such as yours critical to assist in continuously bettering the company and our internal processes. With the information you provided in this post, I was able to locate your records within our database. On March 29, 2014, you received a windows demonstration and booked a follow-up appointment for April 5, 2014. According to our logs, our Confirmation Manager had called the number you provided a few times throughout the day on April 4, but received no answer; there is unfortunately no documentation as to whether a message was left or not. As our current processes stand, we have this "Confirmation Manager" to call each appointment one day prior to the set meeting. This not only serves as a reminder to our customers, but also to ensure we have an open flow of communication, so we can best meet your expectations. If we are not successful reaching the customer the day prior to the appointment, we do not make the visit. It appears based on our records this was the reason we did not come out for the visit which was scheduled for April 5. Please be assured that this miscommunication which occurred has led us to review our internal confirmation process to determine if we need to make any adjustments. Description of Work: Made and appointment, never showed, call the company talk about how sorry and they made a mistake, but I mved on to another company.

Although NEWPRO does their very best to accommodate every appointment scheduled with the most consideration for every homeowner's time and busy schedule, from time to time an appointment is required to be rescheduled due to an unforseeable incident including a product specialist being held up at another appointment. In this instance, NEWPRO will reschedule an appointment in order to provide the next appointment / homeowner with sufficient time to review their project and offer the best options for their needs.
