Great experience.

I had Fish Window Cleaning come to clean the majority of the windows in my house. The workers arrived on time, and they were very professional and friendly. The work they did was very good quality. I did find that one of the workers left a cigarette butt in my driveway, but aside from that, I was pleased with the work they did.

Estimate done without the need for me to be present. Confirmation via e-mail of the date and time. Workmen arrived on time. Workmen clarified features of the job. Worked continually until job was finished. Cleaned up well and informed me that the some gutters were pulling way from the house. Nails need some attention. Payment was made when job was completed for the amount estimated. This was the first time I have ever done a procedure of this type. A few tips for next time: a walk through before and after the job to clarify features that maybe broken, interfering with doing the job well and efficiently, special features associated with the removal of the window screens, and the after walk through to communicate with the workmen about any features that presented a problem for them.

I asked for an estimate over the internet. The estimator came to my house the same day. When I had a few questions regarding the estimate, the representative that I spoke to did not have my information easily available. It took several phone calls to answer all my questions correctly. The service was performed as scheduled and the quality was excellent. I had a few more questions and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Overall, I liked the quality of cleaning and the prompt service. I disliked their representatives answering the phone for seem to not have the information needed to answer customers questions correctly.

Called Fish, they returned the call the same day. Rep came to house on pre arranged day, looked over the job and gave a written estimate before leaving. I had to reschedule as my Father had unexpected heart surgery and they were really great about that. They did an excellent job of cleaning windows in and out on a very large house. Nice people, cleaned up after themselves. Even assisted my Mother in rearranging a window dressing or two. I'll definitely use again. Pricing was very fair.

They cleaned 6 windows and a glass door. They showed up to do the cleaning, but they already had a typed bill on the high end of the price range, $250. When I questioned it, he told me that was the price, I called, and she told me "cross out the $250, and write $200." She was very helpful and flexible with my arranging a time. Very smart, bright, and good natured.

Matt Pierce was my contact throughout. I met him within a couple of days of my first call & received an estimate right away. He is very punctual & pleasant. The work needed to be scheduled around the weather & he kept in contact with me every week. They would have done the work within a week of my call, but the weather was not warm enough. The work was completed in one day & the house looks amazing. They did everything they said they would & did not leave a trace! The house looks brand new. I could not be happier. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work they did.

Excellent. I would recommend this company highly. Two people did the work, had drop cloths, booties on their feet to keep house clean, climbed up to roof to do the skylight, and dealt with old windows with storms and screens and removed beetles nests as an added benefit!

Great service. Estimate was done within 2 days (by Matt.) Two young men (Nate and Jose) arrived exactly on time, were friendly and nice, worked with astounding efficiency and professionalism, and did an amazing job. Seemed like a great price for what we got, and left a good feeling dealing with them.
