They were quick and efficient. They did a good job.

Came out to evaluate windows, very professional but left locked gate open and unlocked, fortunately we discovered it right away. Washers came day scheduled - did good job, but again went through closed, locked gate - not visible from back of house - and left the door wide open so dog escaped and was nearly hit by cars numerous times. In addition, tore window screen - very obvious - and just put it back as if it was whole. When complained, they casually mentioned that they would "speak to the boys" and offered to pay for screen we were having fixed. If you value your pets and property, don't hire this company, you'll regret it.

Got an estimate in a day or two after calling. Scheduled the cleaning in a week. Crew showed up on time, extremely professional and polite. The job was much more difficult than originally thought so halfway through they had to get another 2 man crew to help. The crew worked for 8 hours straight, never took a lunch or break and did an awesome job. The job did come out double what the original estimate was but that was because of the difficulty of getting the plastic off the windows that the contractor neglected to do. It was worth every penny, the windows are spotless, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Never have had a more polite crew ever.

Had Fish Window Cleaning (Woburn) clean all my windows and power wash my deck. The guys (Wilbelto and Cesar) were great. Showed up on time, were very courteous and did an awesome job. My deck and windows look fantastic. Will definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!!!

This is a non-trivial job, since we have large picture windows on the third story above ground. We have had Fish perform this task for us three years in a row, and we have been pleased with their work every time.

Fish was amazing to coordinate with for someone who is busy at work. I emailed Naomi and told her the number of windows and what needed to be done. She immediately gave me a quote and we scheduled the cleaning. When I got home that day Fish had stopped by to give me a paper estimate and brochure in my mail! Today after the cleaning I got home and was shocked that my windows could look so clean! No streaks, no dirt and no hassle! Cost: 9 windows, 1 door and two skylights, inside and outside cleaning of all including screens and storm windows = $260. We recently moved in and I am fairly certain the windows had not been cleaned in at least 5 years so I think it was a very fair price!

The windows were very clean someone had thrown eggs at the windows and they cleaned that all up. The work was very good. I would use them again in the future if I had the opportunity.

The service went well. They had to wash windows over a border of roses and shrubs, and they were careful not to damage them. They were very friendly and prompt. They did actually take the screens out and carefully clean them. I would definately recommend them to others.

My appt was scheduled for arrival between 7-8 am. Seth called to say he was on his way which was nice. The team of 2 came in and got started right away. They were very professional and moved and replaced anything in their way. I don't have much in the way of nik naks so it was simple. They did a great job and I will definitely have them back next Spring to do my windows again.

They were very good and very friendly. I think they are a franchise and they were very good people. It was really a lot of work. I had used them before. I thought they were even better than the franchise that had used them before. I had a very good feeling about them. There were two people working very hard. I paid about double what I paid before but it was a lot more work. It was very complicated. The price was reasonable. They were extremely polite. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job. They were quick, neat and not intrusive at all. I always judge a vendor by how they work a service recovery when something doesn't go as planned. One worker made a tiny tear in a screen, but they were very responsive, took the screen with them to repair.

Gutters were clean after they were here. It did take longer than expected from the time the service was arranged to the time the cleaning was completed.

They did a good job. I needed the windows to be cleaned and I used them. The people who came out to do the job were very nice, even though, they didn’t speak English very well. They knew what to do. I got a call in advance from somebody in the cleaning company, who was easier to understand. Their price was fair; neither too low nor too high. I certainly got my money’s worth. I’d recommend them. However, they came much too early. They came at the wrong time; it was inconvenient.

I was not happy with the overall experience. The person giving me the estimate said that it would be $200 for 21 windows and 4 bay windows and that the "crew" would arrive between 10:30am - 12:30. The "crew" which ended up being 1 guy arrive at 1pm and upon seeing that its 20 some windows immediately said that he has to leave at 3:30 and will come back tomorrow to finish up.Had it been more than 1 person, he would have easily finished up that day. Secondly, he seemed annoyed by the fact that I had received the estimate for $200, he thought more should be charged, I told him that was not my problem. Now I did count the windows incorrectly, there were 26 windows and 2 bay windows, which in total ends up being less that what I got the estimate for. Still the guy wanted $115 more!!! My husband talked him down to $50 more since he was there and we had taken the day off to stuff around the house. Then finally when he finished cleaning up, we noticed that the little L tags on the window screens had fallen off from about 5-8 windows. My husband made the guy find as many as possible, for the rest, the guy said he would buy them from HomeDepot and leave it in our mailbox. Needless to say, we never saw it dropped off in our mailbox. Overall a very bad experience, the person making the appointment was fine, but the "crew" was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend them or use them again.

Excellent. They arrived on time and worked pretty much straight for 9 hours. They were courteous and very pleasant.

Called and someone came out to give me an estimate for the work. I called back and set up the apmt. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Received an email confirming apmt and again to remind me of it the day before. 2 men arrived on time at 8:30am on the scheduled day. One man began on the inside windows and the other started on the power wash. The windows were taken apart and all sections were washed from the inside, including the screens and sills. Then after the power wash wash was done, they did the outsides of the windows. Everything was done neatly and the windows were wonderfully clear and clean. I had 27 windows and doors done and felt the price was well worth the work done. The house had a black pollen all over it and the power wash took it all off and looked like it was newly painted when they were done. There was some paint that came off, but it still looks better than the black grime that looked like mold. All nooks and crannies of the house were cleaned. They used our water, but cleaned up and did not leave one bit of mess when they left. They were here until early afternoon and never took a break. Over 5 hours of work, 2 men and I paid $635 -- excellent service for the money paid!

They did an excellent job. There were 3-4 people here each time. The windows looked beautiful and everyone was very nice. They even cleaned out one of my gutters for me for no extra charge.

The end result of my window washing was beautiful. The only issue happened with scheduling, I was originally scheduled for a day that turned out to be rainy and the office did not contact me to say that the crew was not coming. They came the following day on time and did a great job.

This company is terrific. Matt, one of the owners, came to give me an estimate for gutters and windows when another company failed to show up. It was late in the year, December, and I was worried that our gutters would be full of snow/ice before I could get them cleared. I usually schedule this earlier in the fall but the other company pushed out the dates and then did not arrive! I found Fish on Angie's List and called them and Matt came the next day to do an estimate. Although he was not dressed for work, he offered to get a ladder and clean the gutters right then due to possible storm that weekend. Terrific! And then, they scheduled us for window cleaning within five days. The two men who came to do the windows were good and efficient. Bright clear windows and sills, the other company had never done sills! And they clearly liked the company and it's management. Always a good sign. This is an excellent company. I'm happy the other people didn't show up since I will use Fish from now on!

I emailed with them to get a quote and they told me that within the next 7 days they would send us out and they said they would leave an estimate in the mailbox if we weren't home. They never came. I tried to contact them by email and they never responded to me. I would love to talk to them if them if they would respond to me.

Got an appointment 3 weeks out but they had a cancellation and called me to take an earlier appointment. They were running late, but I got 2 calls to let me know when they would be coming. This was no problem and was worth the wait. When they arrived, they got right to work and were finished in no time. I was very happy with the job that was done, they were professional and I plan on having them come back in the spring. The job was higher than the estimate because the windows had a film on them from the screens and rain. They called their office and had the boss speak to us to explain that they would have to use a special cleaner before they could wash the windows. Which I understood and agreed with.

Before anyone came this company was a delight. They set a date to give an estimate and when I hoped to get the work done more quickly they called a few times so I could describe the type and number of windows. They gave me a quote over the phone. Within a few days they arrived 2 hours early, (a good thing) and cleaned all the windows. Some were pretty bad with residue from carpenter bees and they are now all sparkling. The workers were polite, wore booties and or removed their shoes in the house and took no breaks. They were finished at the time they were 1st expected to arrive. I plan to have them back every year.

We had visitors coming and wanted to have our windows cleaned within a fairly short time frame. We called Fish Window Cleaning as they had done the job the prior year. Unfortunately, they were completely booked up for the time frame we needed. When I explained the reason for our rush, Lisa worked with us and found a way to squeeze us into the schedule. The cleaner arrived on the appointed day and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier.
