Description of Work: I needed to replace my front stairs and Tino came out the same day I called to estimate the required work. I chose them because Tino noticed and warned me about a few issues that the other contractors had missed. What he saw was that my old stairs were much smaller than the current building code standards, and the new stairs would need a larger footprint. This observation saved me money because we could bundle that extra work immediately into the price, rather than having to deal with the situation later. | |The crew arrived on time and worked amazingly fast. The new plan required replacing a section of retaining wall and even with that extra work the job was done in just a few days. The crew was professional - the same workers every day - and the quality of the work and materials used was good. The cleanup was spotless and the whole job went off without a hitch.

+ 0 moreLOUIE BONANNO RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR PHONE CALL. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND GAVE GOOD ADVICE ABOUT HOW TO DO THE WORK, AND WHAT MATERIAL TO USE. HIS TEAM OF WORKERS WAS FRIENDLY, AND THEY CLEANED UP THE SITE AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.
Description of Work: THE BLUESTONE FRONT STEPS TO OUR HOUSE HAD DETERIORATED, AND ONE STEP HAD FALLEN DOWN. WE HAD THE BLUESTONE REPLACED WITH GRANITE (12 STEPS, TWO PLATFORMS AND A LANDING). LOUIS BONANNO RETURNED OUR CALL, CAME THE NEXT DAY. THE ESTIMATE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RANGE OF OTHER PROPOSALS. WE LIKED THE DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK TO BE DONE AND THE FACT THAT THEY COULD DO IT SOON. THEY CAME WITHIN A WEEK WITH SIX WORKERS AND FINISHED THE PROJECT IN ONE AND A HALF DAYS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.

SINCE THE WALL HAD COLLAPSED AND SPILLED LARGE ROCKS ONTO THE SIDEWALK AND OVER THE CURB, HE SCHEDULED THE JOB WITHIN A WEEK AND ACTUALLY BROUGHT A CREW OF 12 TO DO THE JOB ON A SATURDAY. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED: FAIR PRICE AND GOOD WORK DONE QUICKLY, AS PROMISED.
Description of Work: BONANNO REBUILT 40 FEET OF RETAINING WALL THAT HAD COLLAPSED. THEY WERE ABLE TO USE THE STONES FROM THE ORIGINAL WALL.

IT TOOK A FEW REMINDER CALLS TO GET HIM TO DO THE JOB. BUT ONCE DONE, HE AND HIS CREW WERE EFFICIENT, FAST AND DID VERY GOOD WORK. THE STEPS LOOK FABULOUS.

I WAS PROMISED THAT THE JOB WOULD BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 1ST AT THE LATEST, BUT THE BONANNO BROTHERS AND THEIR CREW SWOOPED IN AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN HALF A DAY IN MARCH. THEY MIGHT BE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME OTHER COMPANIES, BUT THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK, AND ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.
