It went great--they are very thorough and professional. We've been using them for years for ongoing treatment of our trees and shrubs as well as pruning and tree removal. We have always been pleased with the work provided by Mark and his crew at Arborcare. They are incredibly reliable and responsive.

Would have clear understanding about work.

A very tall silver maple in our backyard needed to be thinned out for wind. They worked quickly and were very careful to slowly lower large limbs to the ground, sparing our fence and our backyard any kind of impact damage. They cleaned up very well. They were prompt. The tree looks fantastic, almost majestic after they trimmed it. And in the two severe storms we have had in March, the tree has weathered the storms just fine.

Our property had become quite overgrown with tree branches touching the house. Actually my neighbor chose Arbor Care to prune and reinforce with cables some of the trees on our joint property line. But then I also contacted them to do a bit more to trim trees that were on my side of the property and also to remove two spruce bushes. They were very professional and left the site clean. I also liked the fact that the arborist really knew all the species of trees and understood what cuts to make to keep each tree healthy. I subsequently asked them to provide a quote on another property, but have not executed yet because it was not the right time of year for the job. Would definitely use them again.

Arbor Care called back the next day and had to leave a message. When I called again, we were able to get an appointment for an estimate 2 weeks later--that was their first available. But our condo assn nixed our request to take down the tree, so we can't use this service.

MARK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEARLY KNOWS A LOT ABOUT TREES. HE SPENT TIME WITH ME REVIEWING THE HEALTH OF MY TREES AND RECOMMENDED SERVICE PLANS TO MAINTAIN THEM. SEPARATELY, I HAD A TREE THAT HAD FALLEN OVER AND NEEDED TO BE REMOVED. HIS TEAM CAME AND REMOVED THE TREE AND LEFT ME THE MULCH (WHICH I REQUESTED). I ALSO HAD THEM GRIND THE STUMP SO THAT WE COULD PLANT GRASS. I WATCHED THEM DO THE WORK AND WAS IMPRESSED ON HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO SWIFTLY COMPLETE THE JOB. ALTHOUGH THIS IS HARD WORK THEY MADE IT LOOK EASY WHICH GAVE ME A COMFORTING FEELING THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WILL BE HIRING THEM FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF MY TREES.

PROMPTLY RETURNED CALLS, CAME WHEN EXPECTED, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE HAD A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT WHETHER WOOD WOULD BE REMOVED OR LEFT BEHIND, THEY RESOLVED THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AND VERY SATISFACTORILY.

DOES GOOD QUALITY WORK, BUT PRICES ARE VERY HIGH
