Kaio did an excellent job repainting our flood ravaged basement which required quite a lot of special prep and adapting to many areas needing more cleanup and repair prior to painting. Kaio was a pleasure to work with as he’s very attentive to details and kept us well informed throughout the job. He also did a great job repainting our master bathroom (which came out amazingly)!

The main work they did for us is inside painting. They painted our whole downstairs. That included an intricate china cabinet and making a stucco like wall into a smooth and beautiful wall. They are dependable and diligent. As well as friendly and helpful. Their work greatly increased the value of our home. We sold it for way over asking, we only wish we could have stayed there to enjoy it ourselves.

Kaio did and very thorough and excellent job painting the bathroom and adjacent linen closet in my 60-year-old condo. There were various layers of different paint, peeling paint, and curling paint above the tile in the shower. He dealt with and improve the look of the overpainted metal on the grate to the vent and the metal heating unit. He adjusted the enclosure of the pocket door to the linen closet so that it wouldn’t scrape the paint on the door as the door was moved back and forth. He fixed the paint on the bathroom door that was peeling up from the bottom. After each day, Kaio left the area spotless. He was accommodating of my schedule and also of the way I needed to use my bathroom daily. He was clear about each step he would be doing and took time to address many small but important details. His price was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work he put into the job. I would definitely recommend him to others and am very likely to use him again myself for other jobs.

I could not be more pleased by G*****’s Painting. Kaio, the company’s owner, painted all of the rooms on our first floor. The woodwork was always a dark stain, and he roughed the surface and painted all of it a semi gloss white. I cannot believe the change it made. Also, he painted the walls with Benjamin Moore paints ( a light green and light tan) . The combination was a warm welcoming look. The ceilings in both the dining room and kitchen were peeling. He scrapped and skim coated them until they were smooth and then painted with ceiling white. The kitchen walls were a stucco like surface. He did several skim coats, sanding each one until he was satisfied with the results….silky smooth surfaces. He is so very conscientious about his work. He will give his customer his all, whether it be a big job or small job. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in undertaking a painting project.

We hired Kaio for a large interior paint project. Kaio is extremely diligent with his work, uses high quality paint, and is very transparent about the whole process. We had some wall surprises uncovered under old wallpaper and Kaio walked us through remediation options in a very transparent and fair way. As messy as house projects can get, Kaio left our place spotless. The paint result was amazing, we’d absolutely hire Kaio again!

Kaio approaches his work with such professionalism that his preparations made his presence in our house seamless. His attention to detail made our old and cracked walls look brand new. His experience enabled him to give us valuable suggestions. He is a delightful person to be around. We would use him again, in fact he’s scheduled to begin work on our upstairs soon.

Kaio is extremely detail oriented so he took the time to chalk/prime/sand and paint. He even did a few touch ups in the area that he saw as necessary. He showed up on time and completed a large project in two days, working Lind hours beside a partner. Extremely pleased!

The work was excellent! We were selling the property and it was in bad need of a paint job. They transformed the house, scrapping all the peeling paint, fixing the rotted wood and even replaced a rotted window that they found while scraping the wood. The house sold on the 1st weekend and everyone loved the paint job. The home inspector also commented on how nice the paint job was. Gringos Painting did a fantastic job and we were incredibly pleased with the work. They gave a free estimate, were ontime for the job and completed it beyond my expectation. We are so pleased with Kaio’s work. From the time he provided the estimate to when he completed the job, he communicated with us every step of the way. He is meticulous and detail-oriented in his work, and it shows in the final product. While doing the job, he even worked around the nap schedule of our young daughter! We are so happy with the work. Kaio did an excellent job for us. He came here to look at the project and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was here everyday and worked at this difficult job. The wallpaper was very difficult to remove and the walls underneath were in terrible condition. He patched, sanded, and primed until both he and we were satisfied. The stained wood work on the three windows along with the bookcase had to be prepped before any primer could be used. He put on several coats of paint on the repaired walls. He even cleaned the hardwood floor once he had completed the job. I can recommend him with the utmost confidence. His work ethic is beyond reproach and we will definitely hire him back if we should need another project done.

He did an excellent job. He was on time, and was very thorough. The siding is no longer covered with mold or mildew. It is very white. He is going to come back and paint my front and back doors, and strip wall paper in my bathroom and paint it. His prices are very reasonable also. He also allows you to pay with a check, which is what I did.

G*****'s Painting completed my job to paint the cathedral ceiling of my furnished living area. The quality of work, care to my walls/furnishings and communication throughout the process was amazing. The team followed all social distancing practices while onsite and left the work area spotless. I would hire them again without question.

The work was meticulous and professional! ******’s ensured that the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, and floors ( throughout), were covered. In addition, they covered the bathroom sink, tub, fixtures, and doorknobs (throughout) to ensure they were protected. The finish product makes me smile every time I look at it. Kaio and his crew did interior and exterior painting of our house. He was always very professional, punctual and did an exceptional work. I obtained Kaio's information from a trusted contractor who spoke very highly about his work. Kaio and his crew did a very efficient job, quickly providing a quote and efficiently working through each room. There were no mistakes and no paint splatter. Kaio recommended applying two coats in every room and this made a big difference. He also was able to add a significant amount of painting to the job on the fly when it became clear that painting around pictures and not painting the posts and ceiling of our basement would not do the room justice. I heartily recommend Kaio and his crew. The price was reasonable, the job thorough and the outcome much appreciated.

We are more than happy with the results. The owner, Kaio, was professional, respectful, conscientious, and honest. He gave us a fair price for spectacular work. He treated and cared for our home like it was his own, cleaning up EVERYDAY he was here (about 2 weeks). Excellent. Kaio was extremely professional and responsive, and the painting work was the best we have had so far. The interior porch has framed windows all around and was used to store bikes/ lawn furniture by previous owners. Needless to say the walls were pretty scuffed up and required quite a few patches. The frames had never been painted and required filling in spots as well. 2-3 coats of primer/paint went on ceiling, walls and wood trim. Exterior wood steps were also in rough shape. His team’s work was meticulous, and he was on site each day to work and supervise. He was great about checking in to confirm time each day and also made effort to clean up each day. The work took about 3.5 days to complete. Couldn’t be happier.
