Kaio and the team at All In One Painting are exceptional workers and highly skilled painters. My house had renters in it for 30 years and the walls were in desperate need of repairs and new paint. Kaio was professional and communicative from start to finish. Not missing a single detail and making sure I was satisfied with the progress at every step of the way. His work looks amazing from the cabinets, to the walls to the trim. He left my home in pristine condition. I 100% recommend Kaio and will be using him for any future services. Kaio and his crew are exceptional. They take great pride in their work, keep you informed every step of the way, return calls and texts promptly, clean up meticulously after themselves, and go the extra mile to make sure you are truly satisfied with their work. Kaio Rocha did a truly exceptional job painting the interior of my home. Included in the work were numerous repairs to cracks in the ceiling and around the windows. He also repaired damage to our downstairs bathroom created by a plumbing leak. He is meticulous, and pays attention to every detail. He is also a joy to work with; personable and highly conscientious. As a home owner for over 35 years, I can confidently say that I’ve never worked with a finer contractor in any trade.

Kaio is a very meticulous, professional painter. He communicated every step of the way, both by phone and by photo. My painting project went smoothly, and he was patient even when I had to change the paint color in an entire, difficult area of the project. I highly recommend him.

Great! Kaio is top quality. It is very clear he has a lot of pride in his work, I’m very happy with how our bathroom turned out. He fixed a few holes in the wall and ceiling, fixed some plaster issues & repainted everything. He communicated clearly, professionally and frequently. He is also very kind, easy to chat with & cleaned and moped up at the end of each day. I really appreciate him taking his time to do the job well instead of quick and cheaply like a lot of other painters. He also is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be utilizing his vast skill set on many other future projects, already have a few in mind!

Kaio sanded and stained an outdoor playset for me. He did a terrific job and I would certainly recommend him for painting projects.

Great Kaio called me back on Monday came by Tuesday for an estimate and was here Wednesday to clean the gutters which took about 2 hours He is very professional and took before and after photos. The gutters hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and there was a small tree growing out of one corner Just hope he has time for us when we have our next project!

Great. I contacted several people about gutter cleaning. Kaio is prompt and professional. He documented the before and after of our gutters, since I wasn't going to go up there and look. The gutters hadn't been cleaned except by the squirrels for several years. He also offers other services and we would definitely hire him again.

The work and attentional to detail by Kaio was outstanding. There was no rush to get it done right. Allowing the paint and such enough time to dry. The initial prep and cleanup afterward were better than expected. We would hire again.

Excellent job! Excellent communication and the work was high quality

This was the best experience possible. Kaio always communicated with us as to what he was doing and why. He cleaned, primed and painted making the old deck look new again. He is a detail oriented perfectionist. We are going to hire him again for indoor painting. If you need a painter, consider contacting him first.

The experience hiring Kaio to paint the exterior of my house was excellent from the first time I spoke with him on the phone to the timely completion of the project. He listened very well to understand what I wanted to accomplish and worked with me to find just the right color for the house. He paid extra attention to communication as the project went along and also was careful to protect the roof from paint. The quality of the work was excellent, done on time at a reasonable price. He did a small interior paint job for me as well and results were also excellent. I would highly recommend him and his company for a painting project.

I highly recommend ****** painting. Kaio who runs the business is very professional. We had water damage and the ceiling needed to be painted. He came in and explained everything he was going to do. He came in with his employee and took great care to cover everything in the area being painted. I was quite impressed. The job took a few days so at night he would roll up the plastic in the kitchen so we could have access. He also alerted us to some issues with the ceiling and worked with us to fix those issues. He’s a friendly, conscientious person and I would hire him again.

This is my second time going with Gringos painting for a job that included multiple rooms, wall paper removal, popcorn ceiling remediation and a 2 floor stairway. I always appreciate Kaio’s proactive communication and willingness to explain and provide recommendations e.g., how to handle wallpaper and popcorn ceiling. The team took the time and care to prep and clean around areas like exposed beams and spaces we weren’t having done. We’re very happy with the results and look forward in trusting Gringos for our next job!

Kaio was great! Professional throughout the whole process - on time, courteous, respectful, and high quality work. He was very respectful of our home, family routines, and time. We had multiple rooms/areas of our home painted and he took his time making sure that everything was perfect and to our taste and liking. We have had multiple trades in our home over the years, including painters, and he was by far the best. We would certainly hire him again.
