A little expensive but if had to be done

I called to get them to take a look at my tub as it had some sediment. I was quoted $119 for a consultation. The guy came, ran a bath, figured out the issue was simple and it was something I could fix myself. He was in and out in 15 mins. I then get an invoice for for $248. I call to complain, they tell me the $119 is just to get them out and the extra is for services. The Bill literally says: â ¢ Plumbing Consultation Fee â ¢ The rest is for "custom" After speaking to an unfriendly lady online she tells my 119 is just for the travel. Then why was I quoted 119 and why is it literally called "Plumbing Consultation Fee" Feeling a little scammed here.

Quick and easy. I needed an urgent task and they were there the same day. Nobody else got to me.

Good company, larger, modern, uses iPads and stuff for contracts. Not the cheapest, but if time is of the essence and you need it done right, go with them. We got a master plumber and an apprentice it looked like, helping him. Good deal.

The fee was supposed to be $220 but he asked for $625 dollars for a straightforward job (replacing a garbage disposal), and he charged me the consultation fee of $120.

We wanted to replace our old water closet toilet that connected directly to the soil stack with a new rear outlet toilet that would also connect to the stack. We knew we needed an experienced plumber willing to take on the challenge of cutting out an old toilet and repiping. Addario’s sent Paul to look at things over. He proposed two options, differing only in final toilet placement. In less than a week, special order parts had arrived, the job was scheduled and the work was completed. Paul returned to do the work. It took all day. He was well-organized and neat, very competent and considerate. We discussed the space restraints with him and decided on the option we had not initially chosen. Addario’s quickly adjusted the final payment to reflect the change. The toilet and new piping look great and work perfectly.

Responded quickly to our inquiry and came out within a couple days. Quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it quickly. Fair price and good work.

The plumber was excellent, knowledgeable, and did great work. The prices were a bit steep, though that was out of his control as the prices are set by someone else. Sadly, it's the price one must pay to get plumbing work done quickly and done well. Notwithstanding the expense, I would absolutely recommend them again for the quality of the work and the professionalism.

They are not professional at all. Didnâ t get anything done but charged a lot. I had issue on my fireplace but they disconnected the rangeâ ¦Farfetch!

Total professionals. Explained everything, came out on a Saturday morning when I'd never used them before. Went to get the right part, replaced a hot water heater in no time and left everything looking great. Took time to explain things that were outside their scope (chimney). Cost competitive. Will definitely use going forward.

Unfortunately, it took two visits to make everything right, but they were very quick to respond. They were expensive!

Dave and Adams were very friendly and easy to work with. They were knowledgeable and professional. They were able to locate a leak in a cast Iron pipe. I would use them again.
