Anthony and Dom were wonderful. Would definitely ask for them every time! They left the area. They worked in cleaner than it was when they got there. Very friendly and personable, excellent work!

Service technicians were friendly and competent. Their pricing was on the high end and a better value could be found elsewhere.

We have a 3 year old kitchen faucet that broke apart some months ago. After failing to connect with the original plumber, we put in a request to Angi to receive a quote for the work. Addario responded almost immediately and the plumber came roughly when they promised (only slowed by traffic). He couldnâ t fix the faucet because it needed to be replaced but he made recommendations about the brand we should buy and why, and offered to return to install it when it arrived. He also taped it up so we could use the old one until it was replaced. My only complaint is the surprisingly high cost of installation which he showed me in advance. Still, I booked it because of the â white gloveâ service I got from the company and the plumber.

It would help if the work was cheaper.

The office made a multiple efforts to schedule the appointment at the best time for us. The technicians showed up on time and assessed the work. Even though they were only here to give me an estimate, they got me a price, from the office, that I agreed to and completed the work. The left the area as clean as they found it. I would recommend Addarioâ s without hesitation.

Never again. Replacing a garbage disposal should not cost $860, even if the last two feet of PVC attaching to it needs replacing. The actual disposal cost about $200, Shame on us for not asking for an rough estimate before they arrived. Shame on me for thinking that 10% off for being a senior citizen made it more reasonable, Shame on me for not kicking the guy out when he said heâ d need to add about $300 to the estimate for the extra PVC. Nothing against the guy himself, or his work. But this company is clearly a NEVER again for me.
