They showed up on time, the technician was able to resolve the issue pretty quick. The service is a little pricey though

Fixed the leak quickly. A little more time than initially hoped because they did need to remove the disposal from underneath the farmhouse sink to get enough room to work in.

Above and beyond. Found an additional problem to the original, went out and got the part and finished the job.

Was told on phone that estimate to check issues (gas HW heater pilot and gas boiler radiators not getting hot) would be $100 When they came I told them the issues and after looking at equipment, one went outside to talk to office and the other talked about replacing boiler. After he came back inside, he looked at the flame on the gas boiler and said gas pressure is low. Said call gas company. Total charged for that was $284.33 Called cs and they said it must have been new person and that $100 was just to walk in the door. Had I known that I would not have hired them. Not very nice to treat the elderly like that. Will not recommend them to anyone.

I engaged Addarios for a quote on a leak coming from my master bathroom. They came within a week (not bad timing) and then gave me a quote and I paid 50% ($500). When they came back to do the work, after getting started and making a hole in my ceiling, they said the cost would be much more - an increase from $1k to $7k. I then choose to go with a different plumber who quoted (and did a great job) the repair at $1.5k. I requested a refund of the down payment of $500 already made but for 6 weeks Addarios provided little to no reply and never provided the refund. As such, very negative review and recommend that people be wary of working with Addarios if they need a refund.

The Addario plumbers were timely, efficient, and very pleasant. Explained in detail what had to be done and completed the work promptly.

For $495, I deserve to have the problem fixed. First visit, evaluate and price Paide $250. three weeks and several delays. Second visit bring parts and then fix. The rep said it will leak this solution is not a solution. The part was wrong. For that I pay $495. I missed a PT appointment due to the haphazard scheduling (someone else has the service priority) and still my problem is not solved. Now I will have to hire a different plumber to solve the problem. What is wrong with the pricing? Two small issues: $495. The first price the rep quoted $650. Just to move the dishwasher is an automatic $250 ON TOP of what else is done. the service tech was not the same person, so there was inconsistency in who was working the job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. they will not solve your problem and they charge a lot.
