Description of Work: I had an appointment with Addario's for between 11 and 3 yesterday. I took the day off from work to be home to accommodate this appointment. The appointment was confirmed that morning. At 3:00, I called to find out when they were coming and I was informed that they wouldn't be coming at all. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Description of Work: They installed a new bath tub /shower and new walls. Then I had them install two new toilets for me.

Description of Work: Addario provided a proposal for a new high efficiency gas conversion for our heating boiler and water heater. | |Both the owner, Steve, and the account manager were great. They were timely, professional, and provided some great insight into the current technology and options. They were responsive at all hours of the day and had no problem answering all of my many questions. | |Their proposal wasn't the cheapest that we received but it was one of the best options. We decided to go with a different boiler in the end. If we were to use their proposed equipment, we would have used them.

Description of Work: I bought 2 waterheaters from Sears, and Addario's Plumbing was the recommended installer. The price of installation was included in the price of the units. They did a great job on the installation...the quality of the work was even commented on by my electrician.

Description of Work: Installed a high efficiency gas boiler heating system. Superb work.

Description of Work: They installed a tankless high efficiency gas water heater and unfroze the water piping on a quick turn-around, and the unit works well. Two years prior to this, they did a oil to gas furnace conversion which was also professionally done. The paperwork to get the rebates was also prepared on time in both cases.

Description of Work: We contracted with Addarios thru National Grid/MassSaves/Next Step Living to install a new 96% efficient gas boiler and tankless hot H2O system. The installers were prompt, efficient and polite. The installation they did is incredibly neat and functions perfectly. While they were here we also contracted independently to have them install a gas line out to our deck, a new outdoor spigot, a new drain line and back-flow preventer on our sump, and replace a large section of our (corroded) cast iron main stack. All the work was done perfectly. We had some delays getting our MassSaves refunds processed because their office staff had entered our information incorrectly on the forms. That was annoying, and we are still not sure when the refund will be processed. There was a good three weeks of delay that shouldn't have happened. So in short, plumbers were excellent but office staff could've been more on the ball.

Description of Work: We had Addario's out to give us an estimate to upgrade our old HVAC system. I was very impressed with the estimator Steve he knew exactly what would suit our needs and save us a bunch of money each year. The office staff was pleasant and very helpful, they helped me with filing all my rebate paperwork which is great. We are going to have them back to remove our old water heater and install a Rinnai tankless water heater when we have the money together. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market looking to hire real professionals. Thanks Guys!!!
