Technician didn't know what problem was.Said he couldn't find problem. Snaked maybe 5 feet of pipe. Charged me. And left. Well the water is still backing up all over the kitchen.

It went great until the end when I wascharged $149.00 dollars for 10 minutes total time here and about one foot of snake. Shawn was great and he did a great job, but had I known that they were going to charge that much, I wouldn't have had it done by them.

Very responsive, identified issue and snaked clogged line in a matter of minutes.

It was a superb piece of work done professionally, instantaneos response, reasonable costs.

It was probably $1,100.I would definitely call them again.They definitely knew what they were talking about. So, I would contemplate using them because they were very courteous, professional, prompt, but definitely on the expensive side.

I contacted Super Service Today and explained what was going on. Fran was super helpful. Tim, who rushed over that afternoon, was super knowledgeable and offered suggestions prior to completing the work. The whole experience made my day. I especially appreciated that Fran and Tim kept in touch by phone on time of arrival. Tim explained what was needed and fixed the valve efficiently. I would recommend Super Service Today in a minute. I was able to use a coupon to reduce the cost and plan to call this company again the next time the plumbing breaks. And, I was surprised to learn Super Service Today offers help with drains, heating, cooling, electrical and other useful stuff. A worthwhile option for homeowners to know about!

First guy (another company) snaked pipe for 1/2 hour and didn't solve problem; his boss was gonna come next day and warned "probably need to remove pedestal sink" and "may take several hours." Called Super Service, who showed up quickly and removed clog within 10 minutes... he also explained that first guy didn't run snake from best place. Plumber called ahead to confirm, good communication, and he even wore booties over his work boots!

Excellent. In both instances they were able to be on site the same day as the call. Both jobs were absolutely awful in scope but they were prompt, profession and reasonably priced. Tim, Dave and Dennis were very professional and did a great job.

My wife and I were having some rather nasty problems with our tub draining in our main bathroom. Water was extremely slow to drain and would to put it frankly cause our bathtub to be left with a ton of greasy grime leaving a nasty slippery ring. I attempted to clear this myself and could not get it to clear, so we called another company at first and were given a time frame to come and look at it. This other company was 1) very late and 2) stated that they would need to rebuild the full drain assembly.... for a pretty penny. My spouse and I were not pleased by this and decided to pass on this company... I was in conversation with a work mate who had a similar issue and they recommended State Sewer. They were pleased with the service, quality of work and the straight forward price. I snagged the number and gave them a call. I was surprised to be greeted without having too go to voicemail. I informed them of my issue with the tub and the gentleman on the phone stated that they would send over a technician to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. We agreed on a time to meet that was convenient for me which was a nice little bonus and I was pleasantly surprised when the tech arrived on time as agreed. The gentlemen was very professional and was able to diagnose my problem without having to rebuild or attempt to rebuild the whole drain. He stated that they would be able to clear the drain by "snaking" and disrupting the clog in the line and that this would take care of the buildup that has been happening. The tech was also straightforward with the price. I said go for it knowing that if he could clear this slimy mess my wife would be very happy!! The gentlemen did just that and after showed me what was disrupting the flow of water...( very messy clog with dog hair and such so no more washing Milo there :( ) ... The tech cleaned the mess in the tub after and frankly left the place cleaner then he found it. He was able to walk me through steps to prevent this type of clog in the future which was appreciated as well. All in all I found this company to be very professional, honest, punctual and resteptful of my time. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and others based on the experience that we had. My wife and I purchased our condo a little over a year ago and noticed that the tub drain was very slow to drain. It would eventually go down but it was getting consistently worse over time and was generating a rather slimy residue that needed to be cleaned after a few days. We put a couple calls into the big companies, roto and the like and didn't have much success price wise. Seemed a bit high to us to snake a drain and the companies that showed up stated that we should really do a rebuild of the drain system...some of these prices were coming in very high. We were not willing to spend on a rebuild and placed a few more calls to local companies. We got in touch with State Sewer and spoke with Chris about the problem. Chris was willing to come over and take a look the same day we called. He trouble shot the problem quickly and steered us away from the rebuild and said a "snake of the drain would clear our problem and that the brass fittings were all in fine shape" My wife and I asked what the price would be and were more than willing to utilize their services. The rate was very reasonable and Chris seemed very straightforward and knowledgeable. The job was completed quickly, professionally and cleanly. Chris cleaned up the mess that was made during the job and showed my wife and I what the root of the problem was ... lots of long hair, debris and animal hair that was building up from before our purchase, pretty much blocked the whole tub drain. Chris gave us some suggestions on hair catchers to prevent this from occurring in the future. All in all we were very pleased with State Sewer's response times, rates and overall professionalism. I would use them in the future and recommend them to others based on the service we received.
