Description of Work: We needed a painter for the outside of our house. The house needed prep work, significant sanding, before painting.

Description of Work: I am a Realtor, landlord and homeowner and have used RS Painting Company several times for my own home both interior and exterior jobs plus a rental apartment. In all the times Ronaldo has delivered what has been promised. The work has been done professionally, on time and on budget. Finally being a Realtor, I know many painting companies and RS Painting compnay would be one of my top recommendations.

Description of Work: Ronaldo and his team painted the exterior of the house, did some necessary carpentry along the way (new shingles, doorways, deck railings) and also put on a new roof.

Description of Work: These guys are simply wonderful, they get the job done. They are reliable, hardworking, neat, professional and do a great job. I had them do several paint jobs for me over the past year, first my apt and more recently my rental unit. I am very pleased with the result. They do so much more than paint, prep work is very good, they skim coat, patch, can replace ceilings, etc. They are easy to work with, punctual and are willing to work to deadlines. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: R & S Painting is fantastic. Truly. They are professional and easy-to-work with - and always maintain their appointments, arriving on-time or early. Their prices are reasonable and the work is absolutely excellent. We get many compliments on their work! When we moved into our home, we wanted to repaint. They painted all walls, ceilings, and trim - 1800 square feet of space. They worked with us to make sure it was done - and dry - before the floors were refinished. And, we were on a strict timeline because of our move-in date. They worked extra hours including weekends to get the job done. And, after the floors were refinished, they came back to touch-up spots where the sander nicked the wall. This was their offer! We also had them install shelving and rods in our closets as well as shelving in the kitchen. The work was excellent and our closets are now custom - using every inch of space. They helped us think about paint colors and were happy to work with the Benjamin Moore Natural (VOC - free paint) that we selected. In addition, they patched large pieces of wall where new electric had to be run. You wouldn't be the wiser that there were previously huge holes in many walls in the house. It looks fantastic! Because of their great work, we asked them to paint a custom-built wall unit that had just been installed. They did a fantastic job and completed the work in the time discussed. When we noticed that the counter area of the built-in was "nicking" just slightly, the team came back without hesitation. Our choice of Natura paint made the counter area more vulnerable to this but they still returned to problem-solve without any question. The team suggested a great solution and we are thrilled at how it has turned out. While the team waited for the first coat of special sealant to dry, they took it upon themselves to take care of little dents and nicks they saw around the house - likely resulting from furniture moving, etc. We have recommended them to numerous friends and colleagues. It is a pleasure to work with a company that is so professional, courteous, and reasonably-priced.
