Unfortunately, this provider was SO BUSYat the time I needed, I wasn't able to contract with him. However, he was highly professional and responsive to my initial inquiry and he took the initiative to follow-up weeks after the initial contact despite being busy. I would likely contact him in the future...simply because of his professionalism, responsiveness and follow-through. I assume his work mimics his character.

We contacted Rob about building a custom dog house for us. He emailed and called right when he said he would and was very professional. In the end we decided to go another route but we will definitely contact Rob again in the future.

Rob cleaned the gutters first. He not only cleaned the gutters, he cut tree branches back that hit the house, He washed out all the down spouts and made sure the gutters were attached to the house correctly. He checked for breaks in the gutters and down spouts. He made sure the areas where the down spouts pour out were clear of debris so the water would run off quickly and not settle. My 3' PVC vinyl fence had become very dirty with mildew due to lack of sun. It was quite a task to power wash all the slates and get in between each one to the clean all sides of the slates. The fence is 64' long. Rob power wash one side at a time spraying a cleaner then the power wash.

Thank god we found Rob - He is honest, fair priced and does exceptional work. He even gives tips on do it yourself projects at no charge (door locks, insulation, replacement gutters). He came over to do some woodwork/framing in our garage which had major termite damage (exceptional work). Rob was able to reframe and provide support to all the damaged areas. He prepped everything so all i had to do was paint the treated wood (looks brand new). I am going to have him back to fix the brick stairs leading into my house before the winter hits. I also plan to have him do some gutter work this spring for me. i cant say enough how pleased i am with hi overall work. I have recommended him to some of my neighbors in need of assistance.

Rob helped install a storm door and determine what kind of screen door we could install on our double French doors. He spent a lot of time researching what the best solution would be. He did a great job with the installation and I already have a list of projects for him to work on again in the spring.I

Good--he came, he saw, he fixed and he gave me some preventive maintenance tips.

The excellent reviews I'd read on Angie's list were accurate. Rob has tackled a few difficult jobs at our house. For example, the shower tile on which he installed the shelving is very tough; that's why the original contractor never finished installing them. Rob destroyed a dozen or so drill bits in the process, but got the job done. The outdoor decking and stairs he repaired involved working with a difficult composite material. He had to experiment with fasteners to find the best one to use, but he was successful - the results are solid and look good. He installed our banister perfectly. Rob's rates are fair - not cheap, but a very good value. He is professional, reliable and has a variety of practical skills. If he thinks someone else is better equipped to do a job, he will make a referral - in our case, for a fence repair that turned out very well.

The guy who comes out performs excellent work and gives me very good advice. I would use them again in the future.

He called me back and told me about all the requests that he has had due to Angie's List. He asked me what my time-line was. I told him that it wasn't an emergency, but I didn't want to leave it for to long. He was supposed to call me and give me an estimate and he never did. I never heard back from him.

I thought that the quality of the work was very good. I also thought the price was reasonable for the work that the gentleman did and the end product was excellent. The person was very kind. I would use them again in the future.

Rob promptly returned my phone email/call, gave me an overview of his rate and how he works, and we set a time for him to come over. We had a punch list of small jobs around the house. Rob checked in with me whenever he had a question, or to review his plan of attack and get my ok. He worked constantly the whole time he was here. He finished the work over four mornings that were mutually agreed on. We were so happy to get the projects done quickly and well, as they had been on our list for a long time. We'll definitely call him again in the future for other projects.

This was a follow up visit from 2 weeks ago to do some additional work for us. Once again Rob arrived and got immediately to work and didn't stop until all the jobs were completed. You want find a more honest guy to work on your property I Highly recommend him and plan on utilizing him again in the near future. JIM DOLAN

From the day he came buy and looked things over until he left just a few moments ago I felt very comfortable with Rob. He goes out of his way to keep your costs down and he works straight through and does excellent work.

Rob was very professional and came by the house before agreeing to do the work to make sure it was feasible. The installation of the shades was very tricky because of the placement of the windows and the tight corners in the house. Rob was thoughtful about the best approach and the installation ended up going very smoothly. In addition, he was honest about things he couldn't do safely -- there was one light bulb that was in a difficult spot, on a high ceiling above an immovable grand piano, next to a wall of windows. He didn't want to risk damaging the piano or hurting himself, and we appreciated the honesty and him being upfront about that. I wouldn't hesitate to call Rob again for any work needed around the house!

He actually did a very good job. He stayed to the budget, and did exactly what he said he would do. We are very happy with the job he did.

I was very pleased with his service from start to finish. He was very professional, reasonably priced, and prompt. He told me what he thought was wrong and explained the options for fixing the problem (giving me the approximate cost of each). He made time in his busy schedule to come out to my house within a week because he was concerned about how our front door would hold up against winter weather. I will definitely be calling him again in the spring to do a few more projects.

Rob came out and provided us with a cost estimate as well as a time estimate for the jobs mentioned above. Based on his reviews from other AL members, we decided to hire him immediately after. Rob was able to begin working the very next week which was great for us. He constantly gave us updates as to what he was able to complete each day and he was quick to let us know if something was going to take longer than originally expected. He was very organized and each day when he left, you couldn't even tell he was there...everything was always clean and organized. He took the time to cover our furniture for us when one of the demo jobs created a little more dust than expected. Rob was quick to offer suggestions on different ways of approaching things which was very helpful for us as we are not very "handy" people. I was able to trust Rob in our home while we were at work during the day and we couldn't be happier with the results thus far. We definitely will not hesitate to use him on future jobs in our house.

Rob returned my call the very next day & he came out to meet with me that day at lunch. He was very clear about his approach to each task, his rates, how he schedules work and we discussed the most cost efficient way to schedule the work. I felt very comfortable even before the work started. He started the following Monday. He is very meticulous and conscientious about cost. He hung the heavy mirror over my soaker bathtub – it looked great. It was positioned perfectly and secured well. He told me that he was a little concerned that if someone were to slip, grab the mirror shelf to steady them self and accidentally push up, it might come down. He explained how he could mount it more securely. I checked it out. It felt very secure and I didn’t think it was likely that someone would grab it. The next day he came back to do more work for me and brought materials to remount the mirror. He said he just didn’t feel comfortable leaving it that way. I paid Rob and we discussed when it would make sense for him to come back. That evening he emailed me and said he thought about it and he was should not have charged me for the hour to remount the mirror as he should have done it that way initially. This is after he already had the check and knew I was planning to have him do more work… thorough, meticulous, clear and honest -- what else could I ask for?

Rob arrived on time and had the tools to complete the jobs. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He will suggest an alternative solution if he feels that what you want done is not going to work. He stayed focused on his work and went from one task to the next task with no down time. I plan on having Rob back to do additional work on my home.

He was really very nice and very helpful. When we brought him in for an estimate to do an awning his price was high but he was very professional and got back to us with the price. We ended up having a family member do that work.

Rob was meticulous in his work. He made several suggestions about placement that were right on and that I would not have thought of myself. He also took the time to explain how to hang things properly on my difficult walls. When it became clear there was more work that he could finish in an afternoon, he immediately scheduled another appointment for a couple of days later on a Saturday. Rob is a great find, and I will certainly have him back for other jobs.

I was very pleased with the work. We agreed in advance on the cost, Rob Sirois was right on time, the job was done promptly, efficiently and the cost was exactly as we had agreed. Mr. Sirois explained each part of the job to me and we agreed on methods and materials. I have already recommended Mr. Sirois to other people.
