I am very pleased with Rob's work. He was not only able to take care of my jammed door, but he was able to explain what had happened and how to prevent the problem from happening again. I would hire Rob again and recommend him my friends and family.

I have had Rob to my home a few times to in the past few years. As a (petite) woman owning a home, you often need help, so I keep a list of items I need help with and have Rob come to my home to fix them. This time a kitchen cabinet door had come off it's hinges and had to be rehung. The hinges on all the other cabinet doors loosen up as you use them and need to be tighten up one a year. I bought a new smoke alarm to replace an old one that had been up for 15 years. It was on the second floor landing and I was not going to get up on a ladder near the stairs to put it up, so Rob put it up for me. I had bought a new snow blower last year which my brother had assembled for me, but he made one error in the setting up and I could not make him understand the problem, so had Rob fix it for me. I had received a new bird feeder for Christmas. I had Rob take the old one down and cut the pole so the new one would be at the right height for me to reach it to fill. The drawers in one of my kitchen cabinets had come apart due to the weight of the items I had stored there. Rob glued the drawers back in place. Rob painted over a small water stain on the ceiling in the entry way. It looks fine and the whole ceiling does not need to be painted. My popcorn ceiling in the living room had a couple of spots were it had come loose and was hanging down. Instead of trying to use a popcorn repair paint, Rob was able to just glue them back to the ceiling. They look fine now and we hope they will stay up for a while.

Rob always called or e-mailed what his plan was going to be. I consider that a plus. I have had others workers in the past that either never show up or call when they don't plan to come. I also like the way he explained exactly what he was going to do and sent a bill with the work noted. I certainly would call Rob again. Rob also did work the previous week amounting to $507 for various jobs. Thank you

Rob is trustworthy, professional, honest, reliable, and skilled. He has been a pleasure to work with the 3 times we worked with him. Rob performs each task with diligence and care. When cleaning our gutters, he recommended some needed repairs, explained why the repairs were needed, asked our permission before doing so, and completed the repairs the same day. On a separate occasion, we thought we needed a closet door shaved at the bottom. Instead, Rob recommended a cheaper option for attaining the same goal. He was able to fix the closet door (by rehanging it) within 5 minutes. He was meticulous when we requested an "out of the box" idea for a multi-track, multi-shelf wall unit. He provided some recommendations for design, materials, and measurements. We then designed the layout of the unit ourselves and also purchased all the materials ourselves. Rob's recommendations helped us tremendously when thinking through layout and purchasing materials (example: examining the balance of #2 pine before purchasing). Rob came back a week later and hung the unit to the exact specifications we requested, troubleshooting some issues with our wall studs along the way. We are thrilled with the unit. The ultimate compliment to Rob is that he treats each task like he is working on his own home. He also took time to explain how he fixed certain things (example: the closet door referenced above) in case the issue ever happened again -- so now I know how to fix it (or a similar issue) going forward. When fixing our wall, he also provided us with left-over spackling paste free of charge in case we changed our minds about the need for an additional coat. Turns out the additional coat was not needed - but this shows his commitment to his customers. He also offered to come back to complete the additional coat if we wanted him to do so (but, again, the additional coat was not needed). We highly recommend Rob to others. And we will definitely call him again in the future.

Extremely polite and took the time to repair my gutters so I wouldn't have to replace them.

I am very happy with the high quality of Rob's work and have plans to use Signature Services again. Rob is both organized and very professional. He kept me informed of the progress of work and explained everything in detail. I had numerous jobs that needed to be done and Rob explained his work process for each job. He offered suggestions on how my list should be prioritized and what tasks may need to be done in the future. I find Rob to be honest and extremely fair in his pricing. He is very reliable. I can tell that Rob takes great pride in his work and it shows in the results. I highly recommend Rob.

Rob is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived promptly in the first day and we went over my todo list. He explained which repairs were necessary, which could be delayed to a lets date, and which were actually a bad idea. He then went to work. Two days later I had a beautiful tile floor -- you couldnt even tell where the repairs were made -- and space in the garage to park a car. Rob was great about the fact that I had three little kids running around (the repairs were in the center area of the house) and helped me with minimizing the impact. When the job was done, Rob carefully reviewed instructions for future maintenance with me. I'm very happy with the work Rob did and will definitely call him again for any future jobs.

Rob is very professional. He believes in customer service ... and it shows. I'd give Signature Home Services my very highest recommendation. He treats customers with honesty and integrity. He returns phone calls and he does what he says he's going to to do. This is extremely rare in the home services industry .... and I've got to take my hat off to Angie's List as well. So glad to have a service like Angie's List ... to help find people like Rob.

Rob was very pleasant and professional. He paid great attention to detail and was very careful about matching paint and precise about fixing woodwork. He was neat and orderly and communicated with me often and effectively. We were out of town when some of the work was done. Rob proved to be trustworthy and followed instructions about securing property. l

Very detail oriented, courteous and responsive. Left the yard in good standing, hauling away any debris. Highly recommend.

He has a minimum of 3 or 4 hours (? can't recall exactly) so you have to bundle several small jobs in order to get him to come. He's VERY responsible & very attentive to detail. Price is reasonable for the amount of time.

They do miscellaneous handyman services. Everything they have done they have done well. It is a single person that does it all. He is extremely reliable and personable. He deals with everybody in the house. He is just okay to have around.

Rob did a great job on everything he touched. The hand rail was something he had to create and then install. It is exactly what I hoped it would look like when completed. He also contacted Schlagge locks to have the defective part of mine replaced and shipped to me, it so happened that it came just as Rob finished his day here, he took the time to install it before he did leave. I would not hesitate to call him again. He went above and beyond and is a perfectionist in his work.

Rob was great as always. I had an usual request for him - I wanted him to enlarge the opening of the cabinet surrounding my refridgerator to accomodate a slightly larger refridgerator. Rob took several careful measurements, had me confirm them iwth the manufacturer of the desired fridge, and then figured out the best way to enlarge the cabinet while minimizing damage to the surrounding cabinet. I appreaciate that Rob takes the time to think through projects like this and carefully consider his options before proceeding. Rob was also able to improve the basic installation of the different shelves when they didn't quite work in my cabinets without missing a beat. I've already started another "Rob list" of projects for the spring.

I have always got excellent service. He is very professional and he does a great job. He is extremely thorough with office projects. I have a list of things to hire him again.

This is the second time I have used Signature Home Services to clean my gutters. Rob does a great job. He cleaned the debris from the gutters and also wiped the gray mold off the white gutters. He checks to make sure the gutters are connected to the house correctly and that tree branches are not too close to the house. He uses a water hose to flush the down spouts and makes sure the run off from the down spouts are clearing your property.

. Mr. Sirois was professional , punctual and quality of work was excellent. Those closet rods will never come down again ! Built up support and braces .Made several helpful suggestions. He responded immediately to any communication re work to be done and scheduling . He was amiable and nonjudgemental ( one room was in midst of redo and totally a mess) The only sad thing I have to say is - his work quality is so good - he obviously is in high demand- that I would like to hire him again for more work but will have to wait some time till he can come again! I would absolutely hire him again!

Rob was very detailed and responsive to my requests. He made sure to keep in constant contact over the few days he did the work. Overall a great experience and it was great to have him work on my house to get it to how I want it.

Rob arrived with all the tools he needs for any task. He is prepared for most any problem. He washed the cellar door and checked for any problems around the door. He filled a mouse hole by the door. After finishing the painting of the cellar door, Rob checked the cellar stairs to see how the Drylok was holding up from previous applications. He decided to apply another coat of Drylok. He hung a new bathroom shade and cut and painted two new shelves from plywood to be installed in the bathroom closet. While checking a leak in one of my up stairs windows, he removed the A/C from my bedroom window. I had bought a new snow blower and needed help removing it from the truck to storage. Rob was nice enough to help me and my brother with the task. He did all the heavy lifting, etc.

I called Signature Home Services and left a message which was promptly returned (within a couple of hours). I explained what I was looking for and the odd jobs that my request included. The provider had no problem with the diversity but would like to check his schedule to see when he could help me. He did ask when I was thinking of having it done and of course I said "yesterday". The provider said he would rather come a time when there was a minimum of 4hrs, which I had and told me his fee. I agreed to all that and he said he could come within the week. We set a day and time and because he had gotten held up called to say he would be about 20 minutes late. Upon arrival we went over everything and then he got right to work on the roof and gutters. Following completion of gutters we planned for the shed and deck work. I explained that I would really like to work on the shed next and then the deck. The work is very good, thorough and certainly to my liking (we discussed before things were done). The counter took some imagination and fitting which was no problem for the provider. The deck semi-remodeling was the same and done with care and pride. The provider was able to work my requests in amongst several other jobs and completed everything within a 10 day space. I do have a couple other projects in the house but they can wait until winter. I was very pleased that I could get the work done during this busy time - fall and winterizing. In several weeks he will be back to take the air conditioners out and finish with the garage organization. I could not be more pleased with the dependability, professional approach and quality of this provider.

Rob is a very dedicated, knowledgable and competent handy-man. He really takes pride in tasks he performs. His top priority is that each task is done, and done well. Rob was kind enough to show me some things around the house that I could do on my own using his suggestions/input. I plan to continue to utilize Rob's services because he is reliable. I highly recommend Rob for any type of handy-man or fix-it task.

They were fantastic. There was only one guy involved and he seemed very capable and thorough. He did an excellent job.
