We were immediately impressed by Dave's professionalism and obvious knowledge of carpet cleaning. He was on time and had all of the necessary equipment to both clean and to protect our home while he did so. He did an extensive walk through and explained his price quote and exactly what he planned to do for that price. We had given up on some spots on the stairs that had been unsuccessfully treated by other carpet cleaners, but he made the carpet look like new. We were continually impressed by what he was able to accomplish and his attention to the smallest spot or carpet discoloration. I liked the way that he explained what he was doing to treat certain tough areas and the different techniques needed for different carpet types. He didn't make any excuses, he just got the job done right. At first I thought he was expensive, but by the end of the job, I thought that we paid a fair price for a great job. I'd give him my highest recommendation by saying that I would recommend him to my family!

He came on the day he said and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased.

It went very well. he arrived onetime, completed the work within the time specified, and it looked brand new when he was finished. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his service. He moved the furniture and put it back (on plastic to protect the floor), cleaned my 2 sofas and 2 chairs int he living room to perfection.

Dave Wassenar is amazing... a cut above all the rest. He has cleaned carpeting and upholstered furniture In my home for many years, so when my daughter and her husband recently moved into their first home, Dave was put on the " to do" list immediately. He is always prompt, meticulous in his work, and pretty much a wizard when it comes to getting out stains. There is never a sticky residue left behind and virtually all items he cleans look like new again. Dave is the only person I would trust to clean my carpets and furniture.

Dave is an accomplished professional. He took the time to be sure the job turned out right. He paid particular attention to where the carpets meet the mopboards. I have never been satisfied with any contractor previously. Dave made sure these areas were impeccable. Dave took a lot longer to clean my 10 room house than other contractors did in the past, guess you get what you pay for. Thanks Dave.

I was panicking when planning a large family party around the holidays, and needed help quick to clean my carpets and furnishings. From the initial consult to scheduling and arrival and completion of the job, Dave was very professional, flexible with our schedule, generous with some extra touches, and he even followed up to see how we liked the work. My carpet is brighter than it has been in years, and the stains on "Grammy's" old couch are gone! I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them!

They were able to come out within a couple days. Showed up exactly on time and actually did more work than was originally agreed in the price. Offered to loan me a fan to help dry out the carpets if needed, but I really didn't need it because the carpets were already drying very well. Excellent job.

WOW!! All I can say is WOW!!!! Dave and Darryl at Fibercare were prompt and professional. They did an amazing job on restoring my carpets....they look brand new!!! They were able to get rid of juice stains, pet stains, and nail polish to name a few from my carpets!! I can't thank them enough!!! They did such an amazing job that my mother in law will be hiring them as well to clean her carpets.

Dave was an absolute pleasure. He responded to our inquiry within 24 hours, and we set an appointment. He did a fantastic job at cleaning all of our items. It took him several hours, because we had such a large number of items to be cleaned. Once Dave finished everything looked new again. We will be calling him to protect our new furniture once it's delivered. Overall, excellent!

Dave came right on schedule and we are very pleased with the results. Our sectional and chair required quite a bit of work, but they look almost new. Dave told us what to do to make sure they dried, which took only about 5-6 hours after he finished. He even rotated the area rug for us, to even out the wear.

They were just fine, he is an outstanding man and I keep going back to him because he cleans the carpet well. He's excellent a cross the board and I will absolutely use him again in the future.

Just purchased the home two days ago, previous owner had 2 cats and a dog, the carpets were heavily soiled. Dave and Daryl spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning the carpets and spraying the carpet shield. All the spots are gone, Carpets look brand new! They even cleaned out my fireplace. Thank you fibercare

We are thrilled with the results and professionalism we received from FiberCare. We purchased the special online for 2 rooms and a couch. When they got here they realized the room we wanted cleaned was a great room and would typically count as two rooms due to the size. They did not charge me more and also made a suggestion about cleaning the exterior of the TWO couches instead of the one that was part of the deal. We have two dogs and you would think our carpets were brand new after they got done cleaning them. Not only did they clean our carpets, they recommended a company that could come in and stretch the carpets. Now THAT is customer service!! The service provided was outstanding! Dave was able to re-arrange and schedule within days to complete the service. Communication was fast and direct. He was able to give me an estimate with the measurements I provided and then he came to re-assure everything was correct. The day of the estimate he provided a full detailed description of the methods and products he would use to perform the job. Dave brought all the equipment; explained what he was going to do. I've had my carpets cleaned by other "professionals" and have been disappointed in the past. A friend recommended Fiber Care and I couldn't have been more impressed by the owner Dave's care, quality and thoroughness. I've got two large dogs and my carpets were dirty, he spent the time needed to clean them right, they really look as good as the day they had been installed. I also had Dave clean an antique oriental rug after realizing how knowledgeable he was in the field I knew I could trust him with such a delicate rug, It's really good to see people taking pride in their work. I strongly recommend Dave's services to anyone who wants the top quality carpet cleaning.

Scheduling was a breeze...Dave was extremely punctual and professional. After surveying the area, he knew exactly how long the job would take. He went above and beyond in terms of moving furniture in order to reach problem areas we didn't even know about. Dave got rid of extremely old stains that our previous two carpet cleaners couldn't lift. We couldn't have had a more positive experience. We know we will have future cleanings, since our pet is in the senior stage of his life. Wholeheartedly recommend Dave...you will not disappointed.

They are without question the best rug/furniture cleaners we have ever used. They are meticulous, consciences and do an excellent job. We had one very stained area that they told us up front would be hard to clean as the oil from our dogs was embedded in the fibers. But, that didn't stop them from trying a number of different things and while the spot is not totally clean, it is much better than it was.

I've been using Dave at Fiber Care for over 20 years. He's absolutely the best! I'm an antique dealer, and I'll occasionally get rugs and furniture that look like they're beyond hope, but he brings them back to life. He'll tell me when he thinks a certain spot won't come out, or if a fabric is too old or fragile, so I can decide up front whether to invest the money in cleaning. His pricing is reasonable, but not cheap. I feel I've always gotten great value for my money, because the results are usually amazing, and he stands behind his work. If he's not getting good results, he'll stop and ask me whether I want to go ahead with the cleaning, and if I say no, he doesn't charge me anything, which I REALLY appreciate! You get what you pay for.

They were able to help us out ASAP since we were in a jam. We were leaving for vacation and I flooded my home two days prior. They came rite out and we're able to remove all the water and clean all our rugs. Today, two months later, our house is back to normal and my rugs smell wonderful. Cant even imagine if we had to rip them up

We recently had twin baby girls and before they start to crawl we thought it was important to have our carpets cleaned. With twins you can imagine how busy the days can be! However Dave and Bob were fantastic, I had no idea what to expect and I thought I would have to move everything for them. When they said they do it all I was so relieved! They worked around my schedule (the girls naps) and were very prompt, efficient and quiet. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you!
