 + -1 moreOur couch has been very loved over the years and it showed, but flipping the cushions was no longer an option:). I called Dave to see if it would be worthwhile to have the couch cleaned. He came out to take a look, and given the staining and the age of the couch, he was honest with me about the potential outcome. He cleaned a part of the couch so that we could see the results and then judge whether or not it would be a worthwhile project. Needless to say, the part that he cleaned looked great! I was excited to think that we could clean the couch and that it could look so good! I will hire Dave each and every time I need something cleaned. I trust that the job he does will be excellent. It is clear that he cares about, and takes pride in his work. I recommend him and FiberCare without any hesistation.

 + -1 moreDave was awesome. Our furniture was heavily soiled so i wanted to make sure that they could be cleaned and the price corresponded to what needed to be done to clean the upholstery. I had sought out quotes from three companies and Dave was the only one willing to stop by to look at the furniture before scheduling the job. He accommodated my schedule and was punctual. My recliners and sofa look brand new! Dave also cleaned our four dining room chairs while he was at the house which was a super bonus. Thank you!!!

 + 0 moreDave was on time, professional, and thorough. I needed two 8x10 wool area rugs and a white sofa cleaned before putting them away in advance of a renovation project. Dave and his partner did a great job! The carpets and sofa dried pretty fast, and they look beautiful. I had had the sofa cleaned by other companies before, but it never looked as good as it does now. I would definitely hire Fibercare again for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The sofa presented some challenges but Dave was clear on what they were and suggested a strategy to do a test so if the cleaning wouldn't work I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily. Very happy with results.

He was a little delayed due to van issues but once he arrived he explained what he was going to do and extended the deal that meant I got my sofa and family room carpet cleaned for a reasonable price. He was courteous and very clean. The results are great - especially those dirty sofa arm rest areas that look like new again!
Description of Work: I needed my sectional sofa cleaning. Once Dave was on-site he told me of a deal he was running so I got both my sofa and family room carpet cleaned for a reasonable price.

The first time we used them we had bought a house where the carpets had been stained by pets and young children from the previous owners. We were not certain that the carpets could be saved. When fiber care had completed their job the carpets looked new!

 + -1 moreWe were surprised that Dave was able to attend to the stain immediately. He didn't over promise, yet was more than 50% certain the stain could be removed. His truck is fully equipped with all the current tools and required materials. He took the chair outdoors, prepared a work area, and within 15 minutes, the stain disappeared! We were so relieved and extremely impressed. We also asked him to clean the seat of a second chair, with minor stains which also disappeared. Based on his experience/expertise, interpersonal skills, professionalism and excellent results, I highly recommend Dave Wassenar of FiberCare for any fabric or floor covering cleaning job, large or small.
Description of Work: When an oil-based medication accidently spilled and was absorbed into the seat cushion of a light green upholstered dining chair, I was convinced there would be no other option than to have it reupholstered. I called Dave Wassenar, owner of FiberCare, and set up an appointment for the next day. He accommodated my schedule and even arrived a few minutes early. His many years of experience and knowledge of fabric cleaning and upholstery stains of all kinds was reflected in his calm demeanor which put us at ease as he confidently and professionally assessed the situation. He was patient with all our questions, since this was our first experience with this kind of "domestic disaster". This was a relatively small job, compared to major carpet cleaning or a complete room of upholstery, but he never made us feel less significant as customers.

Dave Wassener returned my call promptly and came to give us an onsite estimate. His professionalism showed immediately. We set a date. He and his son, Phil arrived on time and worked all day. They were efficient and un obtrusive. Their machinery was as noisy as expected. I am beyond happy with the results. Our twenty year old carpets look great and our twenty five year old sofas look amazing. Will not hesitate to call again or pass his name on to anyone.
