Poor quality work. Paint splatter on hard wood floors throughout. Wallpaper was not removed before walls were painted. Poor painting skills, wall paint on the ceiling, and unprofessional response from owner.

Horrible!! Case Description: paid for ceiling repair and it was never done. Paid for professional paiters and they did a messy job. Jody promised it would be fixed. Never was. Hired Jody for painting work and a ceiling repair job. I paid for professional painters to paint three rooms and I paid for ceiling repair. The ceiling repair was never done. The painting was not professional. I paid for this work to be done at my parent home. My mother had to leave before the job was done so did a walk through but the painters never cleaned up their sloppy work. Turns out they were fired after the job due to Jody finding out they were only handymen not professional painters (I paid for professional work and did not receive that). They also never even fixed the ceiling which was charged to me for $250. They simply painted over the water marks. My mother is elderly and did not know all of this until after the fact. Jody promised to come back and fix the problems over 5 different dates. She left my mother waiting for workers a few times and then canceled same day via emaiL twice. The work was addimittingly bad and not finished according to Jody (proven in emails). But has never been fixed or refund. Jody sent me an email offering to just settle through payment. I came up with $350 to "call it a day". This is very nice on my end as I paid over $1600 for a professional job and got handymena and they never did the ceiling work At all!! Jody said she found out after they were handymen so why did I paid for professionals?! I hired Jody to handle hiring professionals and she didn’t do it well at all. Jody then asks for my bank account info and said she would pay $350 after the weekend because the banks were closing. I said I'd give her until tues to get the work done or refund me (she said the day before she could have new workers there tues but then emailed the next day saying let's just settle via refund). I told her the refund should be much more but to save the trouble im offering this. THEN She said she actually couldn't pay me back because her son was arrested and his bail cost her everything she had. She then offered to do my Parents floors and take $350 off the cost of that future work. This was not excepted on my end as I would never hire her for anything again. She also still didn't finish her first job so I would not allow her to do the floors. I told her I would take her to small claims court if I had to for the refund and it would be for more money (as I mentioned I paid for professional painters and she sent handymen!). . She finally paid $350 after over 50 emails back and forth and the job never getting finished correctly. A two day painting job turned into a month long ordeal. I forgot to mention the first day of painting she called me asking for more money due to wallpaper still being in the kitchen. I said this is very unexpected as I received a quote NOT an estimate. She was the one who went to my parents house and looked at everything with her workers. What was I paying her for if she doesn’t know what to look for during a quote (especially something so clear as taking down wallpaper!) nor did her employee/ subcontractors. She tried to get more money out of me day one. I had a few people “bid” on the job and she wasn’t the cheapest. I was looking for quality. At the end of everything I got horrible work, service, and overpaid for work by handymen she said were professional painters.

Better then i imaging it could go. They came on time they were fast. What can be more Perfect. Everything was professional. IT WAS PERFECT, IT WAS PERFECT!!!!! They also were at a reasonable price.

I had very large pile of debris formed from cutting down some trees and collecting pieces of trees left behind from past owners of the property. These were pieces way too large to burn during any winter brush burning. Jody's crew cut got everything removed promptly and at a great price.

Both services were superb. They responded right away and gave us an estimate right on the spot. They were great to work with and the crew was fantastic. The guys who worked on the roof did an amazing job and the one gentleman was a hard worker when it came to the attic clean out. We were happy to have found them. They're also super reasonably priced.

Professional, punctual, polite, answered all questions, cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied with quality of work.

Brian came and installed an AC unit the same day I reached out to them and did a great job.

i reached out to this company to have a small drywall and painting job completed. Other companies said it was too small of a job for them un-knowing the future work that would have gone along with it. They were very responsive and worked around my schedule to get the job completed. There were some issues along the way but Jody made sure everything was done and i was happy. There will always be hiccups with some jobs but having a company stand behind their work and correct any issues says more to me on how they operate then anything. There will be definitely be more work in the near and distant future for this company.

They were able to patch the leak instead of telling me I had to replace the $1500 sink.

Very badly. First crews was supposed to be complete the job over a weekend had wrong equipment, left not finishing and didn't return. Second crew left gouges in my floors. Definitely not satisfied with the quality of work. Jody agreed to refund my deposit but never did, still waiting. Floors are ruined, taking her to small claims court since she has reneged on her refund agreement.

They did an awesome job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Very bad. Overpaid for lousy, incomplete work. Was charged extra for ordinary work. Endless delays. Very undisciplined and dishonest. Unprofessional, yet stubbornly self-righteous. The laborer moved in using free heat and kept extending the deadline. I had to evict them from my apartment, and they had the nerve to ask for extra payments for unexpected hardships.. they had to skim coat a ceiling with joint compound. Never hire this company. They are crooks.

They were on-time and very pleasant. They were neat. I would hire them again. They did good work.

They were immaculate and did a great job. They were prompt and came right away. They were extremely reasonably priced and were honest. They were very clean as well.

I had only really used her services to clean the gutters on my home every year. She sent her crew in and they got the work done. They were in and out within the week. I even felt comfortable letting her handle the job knowing she'd take care of everything without me needing to supervisor. She really knows exactly what to do. I gave her the info from the code enforcement and she made sure I didn't hear back from them after the last inspection. She always does a really good job on the gutter cleaning as well!

Jody Rattigan, proprietor of All Around Cleaning gave me an estimate for cleaning the house after construction of a new kitchen. She told me at the time it would take approximately 4 days to complete the job. I made the mistake of hiring her and then compounded the mistake by paying her everything ($1200) upfront She arrived with a crew of three men whom she told what to do and left. They 'cleaned' for about 6 hours then sat on my front porch waiting for Jody to come pick them up. I put 'cleaned' in quotes, because they did and they didn't clean. Some of the work was done fine, but they did not put things back anyway near the way they found them. There was another job to be done by Ms. Rattigan's company--removing the popcorn ceiling from the second floor hall. That job was done a week or so later and the mess on the second floor has never been cleaned. Ms. Rattigan has scheduled then cancelled the job 3 times in the last three weeks. I am sick of waiting for her to find time in her busy schedule to 'fit' me in. I found the time and money to pay her upfront, but she has not found the time to come finish the job. I have asked her for a 50% refund because as far as I am concerned they only did half (truly less than half) the job. She says that's not the way contracts work. I have not signed a contract with her, everything was done verbally. One of her workers broke the fixture that holds the shower head in the upstairs bathroom and they did leave a replacement part on my front porch this week (3 weeks after it was broken). I have emailed with Ms. Rattigan to no avail and really don't expect her to change her tune when she hears from you. She wants to come back to 'finish the job'. I do not want her in my house again. She is not to be trusted.
