I thought that he did a good job. He was responsive with the follow up. It was tough for us to connect. That was one thing for him to actually to get out here. I don't know what was going on, but I had no problem with it. So we rescheduled a couple of times before he finally came out. I sent him a picture ahead of time and he said OK that is what it's going to look like. He brought his stuff out and he came with the thing that "I can't do it this way, unfortunately I've got to come back, because I don't have the right materials to take care of it". And that was probably need to send another picture at him and looking at it and he said he would take care of it that way. So I was finally tuned to do the job the right way and the long way. So he came back and he was great. It takes time to make sure that it's taken care of and done in the right way. So I have no complaints. He did a great job.

When I called for an estimate Mr. O’Brien said he would be out within an hour and was. The estimate he provided was within the price range that was quoted for other companies listed on Angies list, plus he had good reviews. When ask when he could do the job he stated that he could have it done the next day. Mr. O’Brien showed up the next morning, earlier than he stated (a good thing) and had the job completed in a few hours. He was clean, efficient and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend him and Bay State Bulkhead.

He came out right away and gave me a quote. He gave me an excellent quote and the only reason I didn’t use him was I had invested so much money in the old system and we were able to work out a solution. The quote was great and the process was wonderful. He was a little bit late but it was in the same time frame. I would use him first in the future if the situation were right.

Ran into some unexpected problems while digging out bulkhead, Rich talked to me about it was very informative and fixed at no extra cost, work was very well done, overall experience was great.

They did it quickly and the only thing that they didn’t do was when they showed up we didn’t know when they were coming but when they finished it was just amazing. I liked what they did and they made recommendations of doing a bigger door. They were thorough and did exactly as what I wanted. Their price was compatible than others. They were actually good in responding and doing the work. They were neat and tidy. They were good in responding further than what I expected.

They were timely and professional. It was a fair price that was quoted and job well done. Overall, a good experience.

Everything went great. Rich came to take a look right away & emailed a bid that weekend. We found some competing bids, so he adjusted & scheduled the work asap. Everything went very well & the new doors look great. There was a minor adjustment that was needed & Rich came out ASAP & fixed it. Thanks Bay State Bulkhead!

although getting a hold of this company, getting an estimate and then booking the work took alot of extra phone work, the workers and the work itself was great. They did a good job

Bay State was great. Their price was not crazy expensive. They were pretty efficient and did a great job. They completed the project in 2 days. They were timely and cleaned up well. The end result was great. They also guarantee their work. I did have to place a couple of phone calls to get in touch with them, which wasn't much of an issue at all.

Initial contact with the company was tough. I called and left a message with no response. I went to their website and left an e-mail. Two weeks after that I received a call that they were coming out to give an estimate. The engineer arrived and stayed for more than an hour analyzing the problem. He gave me a written estimate and we settled with a handshake. A start date was given and the person arrived on that date. The new bulkhead was installed over the course of two days, with the first day taking about five hours, and the second about two. All work was professionally done, and the end result was a dry bulkhead area! The cost was the exact amount of the estimate. We were very satisfied!
