very well, but when the dryer venting was replaced through my garage, the angle on the venting was not up to code, AND MY CONTRACTOR SAID IT WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION!!!!

Matt called to say he was on the way. He explained what was needed to meet code, explained pricing then quickly did the work.

What a pleasure it was to deal with a company that responds to your call with a human, not an answering machine, picking up the phone and talking to you. The owner answered the phone but had to call me back. He called back promptly and provided all of the information and answered all of my questions. The appointment was scheduled within a day of my call. The service technician called before coming to my home to let me know exactly when he would arrive rather than letting me wait with a 4 hour time frame for arrival which seems rather prevalent now with many services. The service went very smoothly and the cleaning was done within approximately a half hour. I felt confident that the person who did the work was competent and he was both polite and professional. Finally, I know a great company to deal with for this important service. I strongly recommend this company. We have had extensive work done in our house this summer requiring many different contractors and this was, without doubt, the best company we dealt with.

Still have to get an appliance repair but the vent and duct work is ready to go!

so My dryer now only use 1 cycle to dry instead of 2. Very professionally done. Already refereed them to 2 of my friends

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great.

Really well!! Matt who was my service technician was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent worker in terms of showing up on time, getting the job done with the least amount of dust & debris and cleaned up after the job was done. He installed two new sets of dryer vents in separate apartments. One of them was installed incorrectly at the top where it was venting out the roof. It still had a screen on it preventing lint from getting out. It also had a huge amount of lint in the old duct work. That was definitely an accident/fire waiting to happen. Dryer Vent Wizard's work prevented potential disaster & fire from occurring and will make any future build up of lint less dangerous. He did the easier of the two on the first day & came back on the 2nd day to get the other one completed. Showed up on time & did a great job. There is a bit of ceiling "patching" drywall work for me to do, but I can wait until I have turnover in the unit to get that taken care of. It is cosmetic & not too bad. I would definitely use them again.

A necessary service as the dryer safety tripped for overheating. The serviceman was knowledgable and courteous. He found several unsafe issues with the dryer vent system (unknown to us), and repaired the system so it was up to code and no longer a fire hazard!

He was excellent. The service did cost me more but I think it was money well spent because I see how dangerous it was if I didn't replace the tube. I thought the price was fair for the labor he did.

Kevin called when he was on his way, arrived as scheduled. He inspected our dryer and duct, which is in a 2nd floor closet - access to some of duct work is in a crawl space. He was totally good natured about it. He changed the duct work to bring it to code and cleaned the dryer and then got on the roof to clean the vent - very pleasant and professional. We will be using him again for cleaning.

They were excellent. They were here on time, did a good job and were worthwhile.

We needed to have our dryer vent cleaned because our dryer was not drying our towels very well and was shutting off prematurely before everything was dry. It seems to be back to normal now. We opted to purchase a "membership" so that future cleanings/visits would be discounted, which is why the cost of the service is slightly more than it would have been.

Matt was on time very thorough with explaining the work needed. Not sure on price -nothing to compare to-seemed reasonable

It was fine. They came out and did what they had to do, it took fifteen minutes and we were all set. The guy was polite, professional, and I had no problems at all. They came out when they said they were going to come out, they went on with their business, they did the inspection, and then they left. There was nothing that I disliked about it at all. Other Angie’s List members shall not have any concerns using them. The price was fine.

From the initial call to the service everthing went great. I was hoping it wouldn't be as expensive as it was and I forgot to present the Angie's list coupon! Update: After they saw this message they sent me a check for the coupon amount! How nice. For that kind of service, I would definately call them back.

Excellent experience. Jay arrived early, and called before. He completely cleaned out my dryer and vent of lint. The vent is on the second floor and he was prepared for that. He replaced the vent cover, which had been catching lint. He was cheerful and professional, and he cleaned up afterwards - What more can I say?

This is a much overlooked area and it makes me feel a whole lot better if I have the dryer vent cleaned. They did what they came to do and let us know that a vent we had on the pipe was no longer to code and for a small fee they removed the vent and repaired it properly. Would definately use them again.

the guy was prompt, neat, professional and very nice. He seemed very knowledgeable -- very interested in making sure we were safe from hazard.

All went well. The service man measured the airflow at the outside tip and found that I was getting good flow. As long as he was here, he brushed out the entire pipe and cleaned up the dryer itself and we got even better flow outside. Despite not having needed the service after all, I'm glad to have the peace of mind.

They were great. It was much quicker than what I thought it would be. The guy was nice, he showed up on time, and he was in and out in 20 minutes. The dryer vent is not easy to get to but he single lined it. He did not try to push anything on me. There was no add-on.

Wonderful overall experience - every employee I had contact with was helpful and courtesy. I especially appreciated the courtesy call the morning of my appointment with a status update from our technician so I knew exactly how long it would be before he reached my house.

Called Dryer Vent Wizard to come in and check our dryer vent seeing as we just moved in a few months ago and had no idea when it was last cleaned and I know they can be a complete fire hazard. SO glad I called ... we were sitting on a total firebomb. The serviceman was so professional and knowledgeable, and proposed some options on what we can do to ensure better safety. Complete piece of mind now, and our dryer works even better (it was so clogged!! And the dryer hose itself was completely not up to code. Very glad I called, they are a pleasure to do business with and reasonably priced.

Representatives showed up as scheduled, provided an estimate on the spot before initiating work and then moved forward with repairs/cleaning once I gave approval. Overall, a very smooth and hassle free experience that took up a minimal amount time on my part.
