The replacement vent works much, much better than the old one. Our clothes dry faster on lower heat than they ever have. The tech was a nice guy and did very good work. It was a lot more of a project than I'd first intended and we ended up spending a lot more money than we had planned, but I'm happy with the result.

It was fine. They were on time and they didn't take much time. It was completely like it was before when they have gotten there. I believe they weren't so much more than the other people I looked at. They were very good.

We moved in about one year ago. At that time, we installed a new clothes dryer. About one year later, we noticed that the electric dryer was not working. The dryer vent probably had not been cleaned by the previous owner. We called Dryer Vent Wizard. They cleaned the dryer vent, and now our clothes dryer does an excellent job of drying clothes. The service was excellent, but it was, in my opinion, expensive when compared to other household services (electrician, plumber, heating and air conditioning). We found out that the rectangular duct that we have (the one that carries the dryer vent air to the outside) is against current building codes. That is helpful information. The service was comprehensive and covered all aspects of the dryer vent (inspection, cleaning, making us aware of current building code issue).

Matt, the technician, was professional and friendly -- phoned to confirm he was on his way, carefully explained what he proposed to do, cleaned up after the work was done, etc. The cleaning itself was quick and thorough. My only complaint is the price, especially the $49 inspection fee for a 2-minute "Yup, all according to code" look at our dryer set-up. The total bill was $208 for what was no more than 15 minutes of work with a vacuum cleaner. Ouch!

Terrific. The owner, Webb, was extremely responsive from the first point of contact and throughout. He quickly scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me and explained what I could expect upon the technician's arrival. The technician, Tommy, was timely, friendly, professional and industrious. We are very pleased.

The tech was on time and pleasant. He cleaned the vent and the inside of the dryer where lint collects. He also replaced a couple of parts that broke in the cleaning process at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

The technician, Tommy, showed up on time, worked like a dog, and did the entire job in 3 hours. He came up with a solution very fast, it is virtually invisible from outside the house, and the flow rate is very good to the outside. The previous contractor had just laid a flexible foil pipe in the attic with outlet to the soffit vent when he moved the dryer to the second floor of my house. I am very happy with the service and would recommend these guys to everyone.

Service was thorough and helpful, but charging $150 for shop vacuuming seems high.

He was extremely knowledgeable and he listens. He was trying to problem solve. He spent 20-25 minutes figuring the problem and how to spend the shortest timer to the dryer. He estimated the whole thing and he was very responsive and professional. He did not the work but the courtesy was great but we will be moving in a couple of years. He returned my calls.

I live in a townhouse and about a year ago they put cages on everyone's dryer vent to keep the birds out. Unfortunately this caused a major backup of lint and was a potential fire hazard. The technicians were pleasant and professional, explaining everything as they went. It looked like a snowstorm when they cleaned out the vent but they cleaned every bit of lint up outside my unit, they even vacuumed the lawn!!

During the inspection, it was determined that the flexible venting should be replaced with solid, for better safety and efficiency. It required that the dryer be moved out further from the wall to accommodate this change, but it was manageable in the space of our small laundry room. This did not add to the cost of the service and as I had been concerned about the plastic venting was very pleased with the results and the service.

Service man was very polite and professional. He called before he came to say what time he would be arriving. Was careful with the floor when moving the dryer. The serviceman for dryer vent wizard was very professional and tested the air flow before and after to ensure an optimal level was met. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was completed. To replace the dryer vent hose was a little more expensive, than what I would have thought, but I have nothing to compare that against. I would recommend dryer vent wizard to friends and family, and use the company again as needed.

THE PROVIDER WAS THERE TO CLEAN THE DRYER VENT. THE TECH REALIZED THAT DUE TO THE SET UP IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO PERFORM THE ADVERTISED SERVICE. HE THEN OFFERED TO CORRECT THE SET UP IN EXCHANGE FOR THE OTHER SERVICE. THIS WAS DONE AT NO CHARGE TO ME. I WAS VERY, VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW THE TECH AND HIS SUPERIOR HANDLED THE SITUATION. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I had not had the dryer vent cleaned in more than 10 years so I felt it was overdue. Dryer Vent Wizard was punctual and thorough. The job was quick.

the dryer vent duct I had was the old "slinky" type. The technician replaced the duct which was a little challenging since the required length was 23ft. He was efficient, professional and did a great job. Dryer vent wizard credited my Angie's List certificate, which had expired. Overall i am very pleased.

We had to get a new dryer and had Dryer Vent Wizard come over and clean out our vents. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable and helpful. He even replaced (for free) a hose on the dryer that the company who installed the dryer should not have put on because it was not up to code. I would definitely use this service again.

very well, but when the dryer venting was replaced through my garage, the angle on the venting was not up to code, AND MY CONTRACTOR SAID IT WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION!!!!
