Mr Rooter did a great job at my home. When I answered the door, they put a Mr Rooter floor mat down and then put boot covers over their shoes so they didn't get my floors dirty. The price was very reasonable and quality of work was great. I will definitely use Mr Rooter Plumbing for any other issues I have in my house. THANK YOU! =)

Prompt, efficient, and very courteous they replaced my water tank. The price I paid was fair, in fact it was less then a quote I had received from someone else. The job was completed on the day I called which was on a Sunday.

I have no issue with the quality of the work performed or the customer service given. They contacted me quickly, were able to come out quickly, and repaired the toilet in short order. My issue is the price. The plumber who did the work quoted me $375 for what was really only a < 1 hour job (a minor toilet repair). That is outrageous, in my opinion, even given that it was a same-day, short notice visit. Other plumbers I have used would have done the same job for less than half the money. These are licensed, insured pros. Other than the extremely high cost, I have no issue with the work. It was quality work, but was done at a very, very high price. I won't be using Rooter again.

This was done in conjunction with a hot water heater replacement, which went great. The initial call and appointment setup went very well. The issue was with the sump pump replacement. The plumber did not tighten the outflow hose connection enough which didn't fully manifest itself until later. I had already left to go to work. The pump worked as expected at that point. Got a call from my wife a few hours later saying the basement was flooding! Ran home and found the outflow hose had been blown off and each pump iteration was spewing water all over the basement! We live in a high water table area and have experienced pump failures in the past, so I am VERY sensitive to flooding issues. Called the plumber who said he would be right over. An *hour* later (and with the sump pit now overflowing as well) he showed up and reinstalled the hose. He was apologetic. I called customer service (this was a Friday afternoon) to notify them of these issues and to see if my bill (quite $$) could be adjusted, given the mess I ended up with! The rep said that the service manager was out of the office and would return my call on the following Monday. Call never came. I called back Tuesday. Mgr returned call on Wednesday. Sounding sympathetic, he said he would look into what could be done. Never heard back. It's now been a few weeks. Pump is fine, but I'm not gonna chase this guy - they screwed up and did not appear to be the least bit willing to help. The check has been cashed. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= I'm done. And I will never do business with these guys again! I needed a job done quickly and completely (given the rainy period we were in) and was very disappointed with the outcome and the lack of response from customer service, the manager in particular. Better off sticking with a local pro who is equally concerned with quality work and the ability to keep a customer satisfied.

They were on time and very proffesional

They responded to my call very fast and came out to the house on the day I needed them to. They repaired a lodged valve blocker that had broken off and stopped up my shower drain, also they replaced the shower in that shower with a new shower head I picked up. They did great work it was a little expensive I thought but well worth the money I spent.

Tim was professional, on time and courteous. He went the ectra mile to make sure we were happy with this installation. Cleaned up the site beautifully and was a pleasure to work with. When I had a question afterwards, I had no problem getting a hold of him. He's definitely my new plumber!

They were great from the first time I called to the end of the project.

Plumber, Anthony, came the same day we called. Tried to fix it ourselves and then the lead pipe broke off right at the shut-off valve and couldn't fix it. He arrived promptly and needed to leave for a part and returned and completed the work within 20 minutes. toilet now runs and works well (too quiet according to my son). I thought the cost should have been less however since parts and time were minimal.

Professional and courteous. Took his time to explain the work and what our issue might be. Spent extra time to trouble shoot issues. Would hire again.
