The excellent service came with a flat rate fee of $341. IMHO this is a steep price for the average family to pay for this type of service. I wish home advisor had alerted me to the pricing structure for this service. I might have chosen a less expensive option.

They came out the same day I contacted Home Advisor. Cleared the drain and replaced the pipe. left no mess. the tech was polite and friendly. would hire them again!!

Tech was very knowledgeable, aggressive, familiar with plumbing and sewer lines. Solved problem in 1.5 hours.

Efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. Since I do not know plumbing issues well, it was difficult to rate the value for money. I believe the rating is the best to my ability. Given the hours of service by the overall rate, I feel the service was justified.

Great customer service. Sewer line needed repair and all options were quoted in a timely manner. The option I chose was agreed to but couldn't be implemented due to configuration of pipe, while disappointing, the price quoted for this option was used as baseline for option that could be done. Additional time was taken by Mr. Rooter team to review appropriate option to be implemented. Permits were obtained in short order and the work done. Several appointments were required and all were kept on time. The Mr. Rooter employees were polite, professional and committed to providing the best possible solution. If the need arises, I would use their services again and recommend them to others as well. I want to single out their lead, Drew Langley, for his genuine interest in working with me to determine the optimal solution for this problem. I found him to be exemplary in his deportment, attitude and professionalism. Mr. Rooter is fortunate to have him on their team.

Mr. Rooter was able to come out the same day. The guy that came out was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Between his evaluation and my description of the issue we were able to identify that the toilet's inner workings were not working and the unit needed to be replaced. Based on my conversation, I purchased a new toilet and replaced it in just over an hour; as such, I only had to pay the basic service charge for them to come out. This was about $50 and well worth figuring out the issue!
