They are always professional, and always polite as well. They have their own water source so you don't have to run up your water bill. I have used them several times and they are always great.

The experience has been excellent overall. I’ve used them several times. They’ve been reliable, show up on time, and communicate well. They also send out a newsletter that offers specials and coupons. It includes information that’s beneficial if you own a home, like about allergies. Their prices are reasonable and they’ve done a great job!

The experience went well overall. They were reasonable and punctual. Tyson showed up to clean the carpets and he honestly suggested that the basement carpeting could be shampooed and deodorized, but put new carpeting could be installed upstairs, which is what I decided to do. I appreciated his honesty.

Tyson James is the owner of Carpet Wizard in Westfield. I called him to clean my carpets based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. He called back promptly and arranged his schedule to accomodate my need to have my carpets cleaned asap. He arrived on time, gave me an estimate for the cleaning (based on the promotional deal most advantagous to me), and proceeded to work. His manner was courteous and professional. He worked steadily for hours without taking a break - spending extra time on my soiled carpet as needed. He succeeded in removing pet stains that I had thought were permanent. The bottom line - my carpets look fabulous! I am totally happy with the experience and will recommend him to others.

First of all, he called me back within fifteen minutes of my phone call. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating. He went out of his way to fit me in because he had a busy schedule for that week. He got here when he was supposed to, right on time. He was very friendly and personable. I left for a little while and I completely trusted leaving him alone in my condo. He gave me a very good price. The whole experience, I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years, and it was just overall very pleasant.

Our carpets were badly soiled by my visiting daughter's dog. I called Carpet Wizard of Westfield and left a message. Tyson James returned my call within an hour and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and gave a quote for cleaning the carpets in the living room, dining room/kitchen, and bed room. I accepted the quote and he professionally cleaned the carpets. He also removed spots in two other carpets. I am very pleased with the work performed by Carpet Wizard of Westfield and highly recommend the service.
