I cant say enough about the professionalism and competence of Carpet Wizard. Tyson was knowledgeable, personable and made an extra effort to make sure the problem areas in each room were addressed in the cleaning process. His cleaning equipment is top of the line. He showed up when promised and returned the area rugs when promised. We will be sure to use him in the fall for duct cleaning.

Tyson James, the owner/operator, answered the phone on the weekend when I placed my initial inquiry call. He straight forwardly explained available services and options without pushing upgraded or additional services. We scheduled several weeks in advance, and when I emailed him the day before seeking confirmation, he emailed back within 2 hours. He was prompt, efficient, thorough and professional.

Wonderful company. I've already told this to the person you had call me several weeks ago. The cleaned my carpets and even got a huge red wine stain out. Amazing.

Tyson is prompt, thorough, efficient. and charges reasonably for his services. He explains his cleaning process and is thoughtful about comparing discounts to give us the best price. He agreed that we should have the less expensive on-site cleaning of the area rugs since they were both rather inexpensive purchases. We used him once before and will use him again:-)

Tyson is great! Very professional, accommodating (he rescheduled cleanup date when I asked at the last moment), flexible (did an additional rug cleaning task on the fly), reasonably priced, and honest (when asked if he can get the hardwood polishing done, honestly said that its in bad enough shape that we'd need to sand it down first). They were in and out of the house in a couple of hours. Couldn't ask for anything better than that!

Everything went wonderful and they did an excellent job. They were responsive and professional. The owner, Tyson, was great to work with. He showed up with another worker and it took a couple hours to finish the job. I would highly recommend them.

They are wonderful and just terrific. He always leaves spot remover for me to use and will drop off a new bottle once I am out. He follows up well and will come back out if I have an issue with the cleaning. Their prices are reasonable. I can not find one negative thing about this company.

He does a great job on our carpets. Scheduling is easy and he is able to come out when it was convenient for us. I am 100% satisfied!

I can't adequately express how excited we are with Tyson James' work. These 12+ year old carpets look like new. The carpets were cleaned just before we moved in nine years ago by another big name department store service. There were black dirt lines along the walls and some stains in the middle of one bedroom. We were told that those marks and stains could not be removed. When Tyson was done there was not a trace of these marks. I looked hard and could not find evidence that they were ever there. Our appointment was for 11am but we received a call telling us he would arrive early. He came one half hour early and after some very friendly conversation got right to work. He was very pleasant to work with. He, and his assistant, took just about two hours to clean 865 sq. ft. of carpet. The price was $263.00 which I though was very reasonable. So we feel we got great service, very high quality work, at a very fair price. We would give Carpet Wizard Professional Cleaning and Restoration the highest rating we could possibly give. The carpeting in our townhouse, which my wife and I moved into a year ago, hadn't been cleaned since the unit's construction about seven years ago. Besides being generally dirty, it had stains of various kinds in several places. Based on excellent review's on Angie's List, we called Carpet Wizard. Tyson, the owner, quickly returned our call and the job was scheduled within a couple of weeks. Tyson and one of his employees showed up as scheduled. They vacuumed, pre-treated, and cleaned the rugs within about one hour. Every stain was removed. They were professional in every way. Based on the quality of work, professionalism and excellent price, we would use them again and I recommend them highly.

It turned out very well. I didn't incur extra charges. They were excellent. They did a very good job. They explained everything ahead of time and went over everything in the end. I would use them again in the future.

Carpet Wizard Professional Cleaning & Restoration were great. The worker who came to the work was very thorough in the information he provided. We had questions about having some area rugs done and he examined one of them and said it really looked like it was in pretty good shape and you probably don't need to have it done yet. So, we thought he was very honest. They're efficient, honest and did an excellent job.

We received 75$ off the total cost with an Angie's List coupon. The work turned out great and he did a really nice job. We are happy with the work and would hire him again.

I contacted the company and left a mssg since I called after business hours. Y received a return call early the next day and was afforded an approximate estimate according to the information I provided along with available dates and times. We agreed on a service date and time. The company arrived right on time and recalculated the work space and actually found I had over estimated my measurements. The work was performed as previously discussed and billed according to the new measurements. Very professional, courteous, punctual, and above all honest.

Wonderful. Came to our home on time, cleaned everything, and left. Everything he cleaned looks wonderful.

He informed us of everything as it was happening. He did not try to up-sell his services. He asked if we wanted the regular cleaner (cheaper) or the green cleaner (expensive). We asked about them, and he said that while the regular cleaner is cheaper, it is also more powerful and he would recommend that unless we have allergies or want "green." He used a special device that could measure the moisture (read: "urine") down to the carpet pad. He then knew where he needed to put down his deodorizers and oxygenators and whatever else. We had a 20 square foot area that needed "pet odor removal." We also asked that the bathroom carpet (yes, we have a carpet in the whole bathroom. It is ridiculous.) be deodorized. These cost $50 and $15 respectively. Everything else was $.40 per square foot (moving small furniture, cheaper cleaner). Total was 585 square feet and $249. End result: gorgeous carpets. We thought that the carpet in the bedroom was a drab grey but it is actually mostly white! The only issue was that the carpet was fairly damp for the rest of the day. He did an amazing job, and the honored the estimate that he had done in person (he threw in some extras and did not charge for them).
