+ -1 moreWENT VERY WELL UNIT IS WORKING BETTER THAN THE OLD UNIT. ORIGINAL COST OF THE UNIT WAS $4,441.25 THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK AND GUARANTEE EVEN WHEN THE MFG. WAS NOT TO KEEN ON DOING SO. I WAS GIVEN THE CHOICE TO REPAIR THE ORIGINAL UNIT OR TAKE OUT THE ORIGINAL UNIT, AN INSTALL ANOTHER BRAND FREE OF CHARGE, I CHOOSE TO HAVE THE NEW UNIT INSTALLED, I WAS TOLD THEY NEW UNIT HAD FEWER SERVICE CALLS FOR REPAIRS. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE
Description of Work: REPLACED UNIT THAT WAS 2 YRS OLD WITH AN EXCHANGE OF ANOTHER BRAND BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH THE ORIGINAL UNIT FOR NO CHARGE. WHEN THEY CAME TO WORK ON THE ORIGINAL UNIT, WE WERE NEVER CHARGED FOR PARTS OR SERVICE CALLS. THE WEATHER WAS BAD ON INSTALLING DAY AND THE TECHS. TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF SO THEY WOULD NOT SOILS OUR RUGS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL AND MOST IMPORTANT TO US THEY RETURN PHONE CALLS

Description of Work: Tom Lemay came over to give me an estimate on a gas furnace to replace the electric one. He was very knowledgable and took time to examine the situation and explain details to me. I have not decided on getting the job done yet, but I really appreciated the estimate.

Description of Work: Installation was from oil to gas. New water heater new hot air furnace and new AC unit.

Description of Work: Check AC/Heating system. Checked air flow and replaced the units filters. The technician did not have the filters in stock but he made a separate trip to purchase the filters then made a second trip back to our place to install them later that day.

+ -1 moreThe owner was on time and very professional. The men who came to do the work were very professional and careful of my property, as well as my cats. The area was cleaned and I could not tell they were even there when they left.
Description of Work: Removed and installed a new central air unit. The old unit was huge and weighed a ton. New pipes and electrical had to be put into place to do the job.
