John came on time and did a great job. Was not rushed and was extremely professional. I would use them again.

The only reason I didnt't rate Superior Rug Cleaning an absolute five star rating was because s small area of our beige carpet was left with a dark stain that we were unable to clean. After the fact I wondered why the gentleman didn't put down a drop cloth. Regardless of this minor issue, I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

This is our first house and our chimney backed up with smoke. There was a dancing flame in the wood stove, we had to call the fire department to come check it out. We decided to act fast with a chimney sweep to figure out what was going on. These guys are super nice and extremely informative. We learned a lot and they were very professional. They mentioned that the pipes were clogged and probably not cleaned in over a year. The heat was not high enough and it was possible that the previous neighbors weren't burning hard wood and therefor creosote built up. The cap was expensive but very good quality to help prevent leaves and rodents going down to the furnace. The knowledge and professionalism itself was worth it. They keep a history on the stove and flu pipes as well to help guide you through your wood burning. Can't wait to see them again and find out how we're doing! Thanks!

Had just moved into our home approximately 2 months earlier and discovered the chimney needed cleaning. Contacted Superior and received an appointment for the following week. Was given a confirmation telephone call the day before and Dan arrived promptly for the appointment. Dan was extremely professional and personable. The sweep took approximately one half hour and Dan made sure the area was clean when he was finished. Dan welcomed any questions I might have and provided us with suggestions for future assistance and/or maintenance. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use this company for all future chimney sweep needs.

We have used Superior Chimney twice and were beyond impressed with the quality of service and the friendliness of the owner and staff. Honest and fair, we will be using them every year.

Person who came was more than pleasant, punctual, professional and explained exactly what was to be done prior to each step. He cleaned the chimney and did the repairs and left my living room in mint condition. What more could one ask for? If I were to own a home with a chimney again, I would not hesitate to call upon The Superior Chimney Sweep.

The serviceman arrived 15 mins early and was more than accommodating in accessing the job and getting it done quickly and cleanly. We had quite a mess on our hands with the chimney being full wood dust from my fiancé's workshop that had been sucked up into oil burner. Now we are all set and sure we won't have a chimney fire on our hands... plus we've moved the workshop set up away from the oil burner. Live and learn :)

The work is done professionally and with total respect for the homeowner. I have used them for approximately 3 years and would not hire anyone else. The arrival time is as they say -- unlike other companies who give you a 4-hour window ! ! Plus they complete the cleaning in a time frame that is given to you upon calling for an appointment. All is all the work done is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

They where prompt in setting up a time to do the job and they where there when they said they would be ( with none of the, well will be there between 9:00 and 12:00 nonsense that one usually encounters with service providers). For most of us who have to work, that is very important to not have to spend time hanging around for nothing. They got to the house went right to work. Cleaning a chimney is a very dirty job and these two chimneys had a lot of soot in them and they left the work areas as clean as they found them and removed all the soot from the premises.

The guy did a very good job. He cleaned the main chimney and I also had him put a cap on the other chimney and it kind of open up on the side doors in the bottom to check and I did appreciate that. There was a lot of junk down there and he just cleaned it out as much as he could. I was very happy with him, so I will use him again in the future.

Superior was great. Scheduled an appointment, got a reminder call the day before, got a call that the worker was running a few minutes late. The worker was very clean--he left the space cleaner than he found it. He offered suggestions on how to best operate the stoves and how often to clean it. Very pleased with the work and the company.

They did a good job. I thought they were professional and clean. They were in and out in an hour. And they were on time. I thought they may have been a bit over priced.

He was a little late because the client before me ran over, but once he got here everything went well. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions clearly. He did have to tell me we need chimney repairs, but he took pictures to show me what was wrong AND told us how much we should expect to spend. He also explained what some of the repair options might be.

We called Superior and they were able to schedule us within the week. The technician was thorough and go the job done in a timely manner. We were very happy with the results.

The gentlemen who showed up to my house was very professional and nice. He was able to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. I would suggest this company to any of my friends.

Appears to be full retail price, but professional work approach.

Found pieces of flue tile had broken away in my oil fired boiler's chimney during last boiler inspection and cleaning. Scheduled a chimney inspection with Superior on the 5th of July and as I suspected the flue tiles had separated from the chimney after 62 years of being exposed to the rain. It was decided the best alternative for me was to have a stainless steel liner installed as I had anticipated. They were very flexible as to scheduling in fact it turned out they were able to do it the following Saturday. They showed up exactly on time and had the work done in a few hours. being picky I was pleasantly surprised what an outstanding job they had done! Why can't all contractors be this good!. I now have a safe chimney and don't have to worry about carbon monoxide getting into the house or having a flue tile break away and completely block my chimney in the middle of winter.

I had an excellent interaction with the company, until at the very end of the job. They were professional on the phone when I made the appointment. The service man was friendly, punctual, polite and professional. He educated me on the age and status of the chimney among other things. He carefully laid out sheets to protect the room from soot and went about his work. His failure, however, was that he unwittingly left the ceiling fan on. This distributed soot throughout the living room and took 3 hrs to clean after he left. Up to that moment the experience was excellent. It was a simple lapse of judgment given how careful he was about everything else. Despite this, I would still use this company again but would be doubly sure that the ceiling fan was off.

They did great job took them one and half hour to install clean up. We our very happy with Bob & Dan and the work they did today.

When they clean out the chimney they found a few problems the tile near timble was broken also the tile above it was crack and we also had a hole in chimney were there use to be stove in basement and found 2nd tile from top was cracked they said i will need liner to correct the problems i will call them for est.

This companies name fits its service and price. I have had bad experiences with other chimney companies, of which is why I called them in. They did a great job with professional service and cleaned up everything after themselves. I will definately use them again. They event left tips on how to efficiently use my fireplace. b

They did a great job on removing and replacing the cover on top of the chimney and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work. Took the time to explain what he found during inspections and what options were. Explained what regulations had changed since intial installation of fire place insert and what would be reqiured in the future to keep unit up to code.
