We scheduled Superior Chimney Sweep for a yearly cleaning and service check. Everything went great! At the time we did not have a chimney cap and was advised to have one. The serviceman quoted a price which we thought was reasonable. In all the cleaning was $175 and the chimney cap installed was $130. Total job was $305. The entire job was professionally done; we are happy and very satisfied with the work!

Excellent! He was clear as to what needed to be done, showed up early (after calling to be sure I would be at home), did the work quickly, and cleaned up afterward (narrowly beating a thunder storm!). I would both recommend him and use him again!

I received a prompt response to my email and the appointment for the estimate was scheduled promptly. Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not pressure us in any way. We obtained other estimates but choose Superior based on their fair estimate and their courteousness. The work was scheduled for two weeks later and they were on time and did a great job. Everything looked good and there was no mess from the cleaning. I would definitely hire this company again. I feel very comfortable that when the heating season starts, we are safe and there will be no problems.

It goes very well with this service provider, they understand these types of heaters and they do a quick, clean job. They cover the floors and move rugs out of the way as needed. and there is no mess left behind.

these guys are the best. they have the very best customer service in their field. i've had all three of them out to my house over the years and all of them are simply nice friendly folks. very professional, they always get the job done right the first time. their prices aren't bad either. i've recommended them to all my friends who own their houses and many of them have come back thanking me for my recommendation because they were so great.

We never used their services but we felt very good about what they were telling us. I believe their professionalism was very high. The two gentlemen were friendly, self-sufficient, candid and flexible. They weren't pushy and they tried to stick to our budget and needs.

Superior was fantastic. The service was great. The owner of the company actually came in and did the work. They were neat and clean. They kept the soot from getting on anything. They did a great job. He was there when he was supposed to be and left exactly when he said he would.

It was fine. They were very sweet. He was very nice and he looked inside and made sure the wood burning stove was safe. He was just very friendly. He knew what he was talking about. He was young but he was just very, very helpful and I never had a wood burning stove. So he answered a lot of questions for me. He was a really sweet kid.

They called. They showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. They did a good job. They left the area clean. I have no complaints. I am not sure if $175 is high or low as they are the only company that responded. I would use them again.

They were right on time, respectful of the space and very careful to keep everything clean. They were informative and friendly. I feel like I have made two friends.

I called around 9AM and they showed up to work the same day, around 12:30PM. The two workers were professional, friendly, and kept the work area clean. They answered questions and offered various suggestions that were helpful.

Services were professionally performed. My only gripe is that the original service date had been canceled at the last minute without giving us adequate warning (it was weather related). A new date for service was scheduled.

They left no soot and were very considerate. They did a fine job on the chimney as well. Not cheap, but well done.

I had a coupon so I only paid about $90. They were very nice. I just purchased a home so they were looking at what needed to be done and what I didn't need to do, and they made recommendations like if I wanted to put in a gas fireplace then I didn't need to do any work. Just right now I could put that off. If I wanted to put in and use wood, then I'll do some significant work. They didn't push me into doing anything. They just gave me all my options. They came when they said they were going to come, and they were right on time. They did cleaning and stuff, and told me what I should do and what I didn't need to do, and I thought they were very good.

The tech was quite professional and he knew his stuff. He came on time (actually a few minutes early) and cleaned out my stove chimney. Excellent job!

Today, the weather was terrible... cold, snow on ground and on roof. Rain coming down hard, the Rep from Chimney Sweep on time, removed parts , measured and replaced chimney cap. I found out I had two flu's . The job was done approx ! hour and half under very bad conditions. The Rep was very professional and polite. The cost was reasonable . And yes, I plan to use their services when needed. I certainly will recommend Chimney Sweep. Dawn Baker

Very professional and thorough. The sweep knew what was needed and did it quickly and CLEANLY!--He could have sold me a bill of goods, but he showed me what he was doing, why and I feel very confident that I am set to burn till next year.

We previously had someone sweep the chimney & add a damper, immediately after that was done, our house would fill with smoke every time we had a fire in the fire place. We had Superior come out & Bob was fantastic, professional & gave us our best options - which were that he'd thoroughly clean the chimney (because it wasn't evident that it was done) & remove the damper (that was flimsy & getting stuck) that was previously installed. Our fireplace has never been better!

The service from the time I called inquiring about pricing and services through completion is second to none. Bob was early for the appointment which helped because I took off a few hours to have the work done. The inspection was through and detailed which led me to purchase and replace both caps. Bob carefully placed tarps on the floor and went to work with the brushes and vacuum, he answered any and all questions and gave us great tips on the fireplace usage. We have two indoor cats and Bob was incredibly thoughtful of keeping them in and away from the dirt. I would recommend Superior to anyone I heard that needs a sweep, or any related service. I look forward to receiving the reminder coupon and seeing them again for routine maintenance.
