Description of Work: Thoroughly clean chimney and removed creosote buildup. There isn't any residual smoky chimney smell.

Description of Work: I had my masonry fireplace inspected and cleaned before having gas logs installed. I called and spoke to a friendly woman who scheduled me for Wednesday morning the next week. The chimney sweep, Dan, arrived right on time and took care of everything quickly and neatly while answering all of my questions. I was also able to take advantage of a $10 coupon posted on Angie's List. :)

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with having to do the camera feed and then replaced the chimney liner effectively. Owner and worker were reliable, pleasant and cleaned up the area perfectly. We are hiring them to do another chimney project in the fall.

Description of Work: Bad. Did a quick visual inspection of chimney from below . Missed cracks in firebox and did not view from above. When I called them after they declined to come back out and reinspect. I would not trust them with my house again.

Description of Work: Very thorough, very friendly, very informative. Workers knew exactly what had to be accomplished and went right about their task. Chimney cleaning is by its very nature a dirty grimey job and these two workers were especially cautious in maintaining cleanliness on my basement floor. The cleaning required them to remove the stack pipe from the water heater and thoroughly clean. The piping was re-installed properly and sealed up very neatly. They were in and out in the time frame they indicated causing no inconvenience to us, the homeowners. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: The service was performed a few months ago so I do not recall exact $ but remember it was reasonable. Person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and so was the sevice person who showed up to do the work. I recomend this company.
