The gentlman arrived on time. We walked in to the tenants apartment and I introduced him. I had the tenant show him the mold when he was done looking he openly spoke of the resolution in front of the tenants. Worse thing to do. The other companies spoke to me outside as what should be done. In closing I felt they were very unprofessional and un-organized.

He is excellent. Been using him for 10 years.
