Ladd Plumbing

I was very happy with the work Ladd plumbing did for me. The full job could not be completed on the day of the initial visit and we made an appointment for him to return to complete the work. On the day of the appointment Mr. Ladd did not return as agreed. He did not call and he did not respond to my text messages regarding the appointment. I do not understand why the plumber did not return or at least contact me back with an excuse. It would appear that he had an issue with me or the job and preferred to be non responsive leaving me with a partially completed repair of my kitchen faucet.

Dave and his co-worker did a great work, also took an additional effort to solve an unexpected problem. They were professional, right on time, easy to comunicate with txt/email; Dave picked up the water heater I wanted from the store and disposed the old one. Great work

The scheduling did not work out at first, but Dave went an extra mile to make it work for me. Definitely will use him in future.

Dave Ladd is very professional, knows his trade, is punctual and always answer my texts and phone calls.

Dave was professional, easy to get a hold of, and on time. He did real quality work, and we are having him do some more for us because we were so happy with the job. He also noticed things wrong with our plumbing and got it fixed before it became a costly problem. I would highly recommend him!

David Ladd is good. He worked efficiently and was a pleasure to work with, but I need to change my review. I wanted new kitchen faucets and for him to take out my garbage disposal. He installed the faucets and found that there was a defect in the faucet product, so he came back the very next day, with a new faucet product, took out the defected one and installed the new one. I am updating my review because since the time he has done the work a couple of months ago, I called him several times to fix the faucet in my bathtub, but he never returned my call. Then last Sunday, I called him because the piping that he did fix for me under my sink came apart from the drain and water was all over my kitchen floor. I called him to ask him to call me because I wanted him to fix it since he was the one that did the work in the first place, and I could not use my sink. To this day, a week later, David has never returned my call! I had to hire someone else to come and fix it and now I am spending more money to do something that he should have came back and taken care of in the first place. I am really disappointed in him because I thought he was nice and seemed to care about his work. I mean, even if he was busy, he could still at least give me the courtesy of a return phone call. I am so sorry but I feel that I have to change my rating due to this.

David Ladd arrived on time when he said he would, completed the job in a timely and efficient manner, and explained what he wad doing, as well as suggested improvements.

Had a great experience, originally to replace 2 faucets but required a drain to be replaced and a bathroom sink. David arrived on time, discussed a quote, very pleasant and professional, cleaned up after the work was completed. Would hire again in a heartbeat and would recommend to friends and neighbors.

David Ladd did a great job. I had to call him late in the evening when a sewer pipe broke in my front yard. At 8AM next morning he started working on the project that involved significant excavation and cooperation with city engineering services. Few days later the project was completed, debris removed and the lawn graded. His pricing seems very reasonable compared to other contractors. I would strongly recommend hiring David.
