Responded immediately to my request. They were here when they said they would be. They took care of my problems and pricing was very reasonable.

At first I was really happy that he responded so quickly, came immediately, and took care of the problem-- or so I thought. I think he diagnosed the problem relatively correctly, but just didnt fix it. A week later, my toilet wasn;t working at all. I reached out to him many times, asking for him to trouble-shoot why it might not be working anymore. He didnt contact me until weeks later-- and then did not reply to my question but instead just asked what I wanted. At that point I had no faith hed be able to fix the issue, so I moved on. Total waste of money down the toilet (literally).

David and his colleague called me back immediately, came on time, did the work well, and charged surprisingly little. Best plumbing service I've found in Boston. Highly recommended!

Quick service! David came on a Saturday because I was having trouble with my hot water heater! Reasonable rates! Honest man! David adjusted the setting on my hot water heater as opposed to replacing it. Saved me a fortune! Will call David Ladd next time I have a plumbing problem!! No doubt!

David was a serious and responding contractor. He did a good job replacing our bathroom sink and faucets. I would recommend him.
