Description of Work: Highly recommend this company. we've used them 3 times. We had some scheduling issues, which were handled politely and professionally. After a recent repair job, when I believed I had been overcharged, I paid the bill but wrote a note to the owner, on a copy of the bill. I expressed my concerns (politely) and requested an adjustment. I got a response from the owner within 5 days, a review of the work done and charges, and a significant reduction in the bill in a week. THAT is customer service!

Description of Work: Replaced non-conforming hose connecting to the dryer. Replaced part of the metal vent tubing to remove 90 degree angles. Replaced the exterior cover of the vent. Cleaned the dryer vent. Now our clothes dry in less time.

Description of Work: The dryer vent wizard guy came in to clean the hose that extends out of the house from the back of the dryer. I had the accordion type. The employee quickly told me it was out of current code! I had a new ridged dryer vent installed, right there on site. Subsequently, I had another contractor over my house who while examining something different, noticed my rigid dryer vent and complimented me on how correct and up to code, my new dryer vent was!

The birds had built another nest in our house's dryer vent. Since it is off of the second floor, we could not attend to it ourselves. (It had also blown a heat fuse in the dryer). Jay came out on a very windy and rainy day, but he removed the old vent work, cleaned everything out, and replaced the cap with a bird-proof one. He was prompt (actually called first as he wanted to come early) and thorough. There were holes in the old vent work and there were nests and lint in our walls: wish we had done it many years ago (and before the bird's nest blew the fuse). All in all, he knew what he was doing and we're pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Had our flexible dryer vent removed and replaced with a metal one and had a bird-proof dryer cap placed on the side of the house. Everything was cleaned, as well.
