Description of Work: My central AC stopped working. When I called, they told me that they would call me back and they did! with an appointment for two days after, which was great, since it was very hot. The technician, who was very nice and patient (I asked a lot of questions), and that I regret not remembering his name, arrived on time, find the problem and replaced the capacitor on AC condenser. He made sure that the AC was working and took all the measurements (to see if the appliance was working efficiently) for the electric company. I was charged 120 dollars for labor and 41.82 for materials used. We were very happy to have the AC working again.

Description of Work: We have always used them since 1963. I don't believe we used them through Angies list. (We didn't get any "deal" with them) But they are just great and I trust them any time! If there are problems they will do their best to straighten them out even if it means constructing an old sink drain from an antique one they find goodness knows where! Our house was built in 1880 and has a lot of plumbing issues. They are never daunted!

+ -1 moreTHEY TRIED TO ROUT THE DRAIN, COULDN'T GET ALL THE WAY THROUGH, BUT THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FIXED. THEY NEVER EXPLAINED THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GET ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE SEWER LINE, AND THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THERE WAS A CLOG. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO HAVE MY BASEMENT FLOOR RIPPED UP AND ALL OF THE PIPING REPLACED FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY OUT AND HE WAS ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM FOR A THIRD OF THE COST AND ONLY HAD TO TEAR UP A SMALL PORTION OF THE FLOOR TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM SECTION. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AND I DON'T FEEL THAT THEY WERE HONEST WITH ME. I THINK FOR SMALLER REPAIRS THEY ARE VERY GOOD, BUT THEIR ESTIMATE ON THIS JOB WAS EXORBITANT AND THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO BE AS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THIS.
