They were excellent, in fact, at the times that I used them, AL has special deals and I claimed that to have a discount. They were very professional, trustworthy, friendly and very precise. They did a very good job. I've used them since I find them. The pricing was very fair, clean up afterwards and never left anything behind.

Sent Gordon a picture of my lock and he promptly responded with a phone call. He recommended that I twist and turn the lock with a knife and just like that problem was solved. Spent over 2 hours last night messing around on this lock. Fire department came over to no avail and everything. He's very professional, courteous and friendly. This was all done on a Sunday. FREE OF CHARGE.

I had tried to do the job myself and ran into complications. Gordon was able to swap out three door knobs onto my handmade storm doors, maintaining the historic look I wanted. It went great, Gordon came on time and went beyond changing my locks. He also redid a shared hallway key for me and even installed missing bolts in my doors, which the contractors had missed.

We have a 130 yr old Victorian house -- Gordon/Bonded Lock Service was wonderful. He was careful with all our old locks so that they weren't damaged. He made the doors close better and our doorknobs work better. He did all the extras and was very professional. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat and will tell our friends about him -- he's honest, dependable, very professional and highly skilled. Others would have just told us to take off the old brass locks, go to Home Depot and buy new ones -- Gordon understood and appreciated that our house is old, the locks are old but we can help them still work well instead of just replacing them.

A++! Called in the AM, Mr. Silva gave me a time frame and texted when he was on the way. Although it is an older lock, Mr. Silva had the right part and replaced the latch, which had become worn. He did additional work on the door, which I was not expecting! He replaced the screws in the top hinge and corrected the door's alignment. He then corrected the alignment of the box. Lubricated the lock, tried the key to make sure it works. The lock is fixed and operates easily. Bonus is that the door doesn't scrape on the floor any more! Thank you!

Great. He was able to come out and quickly fix it. We’ve used Bonded Lock before and also had a good experience. If we need a locksmith again it’s who we’ll call.

Gordon was a little late but called beforehand to warn us of the delay. When he arrived, he quickly determined the problem and corrected it with a minimum of fuss. When he was finished, the door worked better than when it was first installed.

Gordon was friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, went out to his van to rekey the locks and make keys, and then installed the rekeyed locks and the smart lock. He made sure everything was operating smoothly He did a great job.
