Really fast and excellent service!!

Gordon was wonderful. He explained the history of my old locks, rekeyed both locks so that I can use the same key for both, and they work smoothly.

Our front door was completely jammed and we couldn't get it to unlock. I called and gave them photos through text, and they actually told my husband how to fix it himself so that we didn't have to pay anything or have them make a call. I've never had a company do that. If we ever have an issue that we can't fix I'll definitely call Bonded. Thank you!!

Gordon was really impressive!! He worked on several locks for us. We had one older lock that was challenging to re-key for various reasons. He took on the challenge, demonstrating just how much knowledge and understanding he has about how locks work. This guy really knows locks! During his visit, he took time to ask us how we were going to be using the different doors/locks and then helped us figure out the best options for setting everything up. While he was there, he did not push unnecessary upgrades. He gave some instructions on how we could address some issues ourselves. We originally reached out over a weekend and he got back to us promptly, scheduled an appointment much sooner than we thought would be possible, then followed up about the work ahead of time to make sure he would have everything he would need for the appointment- which he arrived on-time for. He has a pretty impressive mobile shop that allows him to do much of the work onsite. All in all we would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

Gordon was absolutely excellent to work with. There was solid communication (by text after initial call). He went way beyond what we asked. In addition to repairing the cylinder not working, he lubricated and checked/lubricated 2 other door locks. He found missing screws in door hinges, and as a courtesy, just put those in, as well as adjusting some pieces that were not done correctly. He clearly knew his stuff, and in addition, was just a pleasure to work with. Price was very reasonable, and would highly recommend him.

Gordon was excellent! I highly recommend him. He returned my call immediately and tried to trouble shoot the problem via text (I took pictures of all the parts as I had taken lock apart) Gordon told me “If It is a simple fix, I will walk you through how to fix”. Well it turned out to be pretty complex ( lock was likely original to house) so Gordon came out to our house the next day and luckily He was able to repair it and saved us a ton on money. Very diligent and knowledgeable. You will be in good hands with him!

Great! Gordon is super knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and professional. I emailed him through Angie's List to ask him about the job. He gave a very competitive quote. He came right on time and did an amazing job and gave my husband a free primer on locks at the same time. I previously had emailed him about fixing a sticking lock and he gave me free advice which fixed it in 2 seconds! He will for sure be our go-to locksmith!

I called Bonded Lock on a Sunday afternoon and needed a deadbolt installation on short notice. Gordon answered the call to discuss my requested service. Although he was booked during the limited timeframe when I needed the work done, he went out of his way to help put me in touch with a reputable locksmith that could help me even though Gordon was not able to do the work. Who does that?? Gordon does. He had absolutely nothing to gain by helping me - he was losing a job but helped me anyway. Based on this commitment alone and his willingness to help, I would strongly recommend Gordon and Bonded Lock, and would not hesitate to call him again for my locksmith needs.

Bonded Lock Service took my call immediately, and offered to talk me through these repairs right away via FaceTime. They gave me clear instructions and helpful tips, and I was able to do these small repairs myself. They were very kind, patient, professional, and offered this help free of charge - although I offered to pay. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We had such a good experience with Gordon. We kept having to replace our front door lock due to it sticking. When we called Gordon he asked a lot of questions to ensure he had a clear picture of our needs, scheduled a day/time to come out, and was informative and polite throughout. He came today and we are so pleased with the job. Not only is the lock much better than what we previously had, he managed to work around the difficulties of old woodwork and left the whole space very neat, basically going above and beyond to ensure the door and frame looked nice after the work. He kept us well Informed throughout and was delightful to work with. I doubt I’ll have more lock needs, but if I do, Gordon will be the guy I call.

Gordon was very knowledgeable and professional. The house has old doors, some with what looks like 80-year-old mortise locks. Gordon was able to install new passage knobs and dead bolts and work around the many difficulties posed by the old doors.

Gordon was amazing! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He was able to squeeze me in the day I called. He showed me that the slipping was caused by a door knob that was the wrong size, replaced it on the spot and also replaced some screws that he noticed were missing, oiled the lock and made sure that everything was working well. He also installed a key safe for me.
