A+ the guy was at my house for hours getting it just right. I love and respect meticulous people. And he was just the nicest fellow. Everything was done very well and works perfectly.

I just closed on a house and needed to find someone quickly to re-key all of the locks. Gordon came out the following day. He not only did the work on the locks, but he also helped put the A/C unit in my window. He was a pleasure to do business with! He also reminded me of the 10% off for being an Angie's List client.

I have used Gordon twice. The first time he sent his associate out immediately to put a lock on my garage door and the second time he came himself to re-key about ten locks on our new house. Both times he was extremely punctual, neat and friendly. He also reminded me that I was suppose to get an Angie's List discount.

The guy showed up on time and the work was done well. They have a toll free phone number, which is 888-775-5625. The guy knew what he was doing and charged what he said he was going to charge.

They were very communicative regarding scheduling. When the appointment was delayed they still came out in the evening and performed all the work with great care to quality. I was very impressed with the attention to detail.

My initial call was returned quickly. The locksmith came, went right to work, and finished within 30 minutes.

Superb service; came out at 11:30 at night. Prompt courteous and knowledgeable.

I got an estimate over the phone and was able to schedule the work within a few days of when I called. They showed up as scheduled and did a great job. Their prices seem to be very reasonable.

It went very well. The man, who I believe was the company owner, came right on time, and also had the courtesy to call when he was leaving his previous job. He was very courteous and performed the work in a timely fashion. He also did not overcharge me and, in fact, gave me a slight discount for finding him on Angie's List.

I called on Friday July 13th and was given an appointment time of Saturday July 14th from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm (which was fine for me). The price for the work was explained and cost was estimated. It was reasonable. Mr. Silva phoned Saturday at 12:20 pm to tell me he would be there between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm so that I won't be waiting around the entire time. (Amazing!) He arrived at 1:45 pm and promptly went to work. The front and back door locks were re-keyed with new cylinders. Mr. Silva suggested having the same key for both doors which had different keys. He carefully examined both doors and found that the knob handled had been installed backward (long ago by my ex-husband). He re-tightened several screws in one door knob and hinge that were slightly loose. He even lightly planed the edge of one door to so that it opened without sticking. He was polite, courteous, pleasant, and a true professional. He charged a fair (modest) price for his services.

It went great. Suggestions were made on how to set up different usage scenarios and Gordon went looking through to help us find a mailbox replacement core as well. The added benefit of using the service also is if we are ever locked out they know what type of key we have and can get us into our house. That extra sanity added is a good thing.

Work was excellent, using high quality materials. Gordon came out and did an estimate, and was able to schedule the work within the next week. The final price was a bit more than the estimate, but that was mostly due to issues with old doors, etc. We were pleased with the work. He was efficient and cleaned up afterward. He went above and beyond the description in the estimate, for example, he refastened the closing spring on our screen door. My only issues were that Gordon was late for the appointment (but he did call) and that we needed to remind him of things a couple of times.

Although email communication prior to work was a bit time consuming, work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The work quality was excellent and Gordon provided low cost options to complete the job. I would hire this company again.

This was the only locksmith in my area that would allow me to buy the hardware and pay them to only put it in. Other businesses gave me a hard time and I did not like that at all. I was happy to experience the flexibility and goodness of this fine company and I would happily use their services again in the future.

The work was done perfectly. Bob was very meticulous about his work. On his initial visit, he did not have the proper color lock handle. He returned a few days later with the correct lock handle and made sure everything was OK.

I felt like he was very knowledgeable about the various brands of locks and their benefits. He was also very courteous.

The were very quick and knowledgeable. They had designed a plan that in the long run would save me lots of money. There was a crew of 4 people doing the installation. I was very pleased with the professional people they have working for them. They also provided me with as many keys as I wanted, which was not something that we had discussed during the estimate.

Really good. He ended up staying 5 1/2 hours. It was a lot bigger job than he thought and he still stuck to his estimate.

Excellent. Gordon himself came on time two days after I called, checked all the locks, and offered easy/cheap and expensive/complicated options for the deadbolts (picking and/or replacing vs. the "poor man's" solution of breaking off a key inside the lock to prevent burglars from picking them). He didn't pressure me at all, worked quickly, and factored the Angie's List discount into the price without my asking. Very nice guy, very reasonable, would call him again.

Very well. They came over after work to provide a written estimate (very detailed). Then I was able to schedule the service within one week. They arrived when they said they would. They were very clean and very courteous. The work cost what they said it would cost.

Gordon was excellent! We recently moved and wanted to have the existing locks replaced and have deadbolts added. Gordon answered my calls directly and emailed me an estimate of the work. He arrived on time and did excellent work. I'd certainly recommend Bonded Lock to all.

They came in and fixed it in 20 minutes. They were really nice, efficient, and early. I would highly recommend them.

Gordon Silva was very responsive to my telephone calls. We discussed the work in advance, and at Gordon's suggestion I sent photographs to him so that we could be more certain that the work could be completed in one visit. Bob did the work. He arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job. I will use them again.

Service and quality of work were excellent. Besides selling me a good-quality lock that fit my needs (both for convenience and security), they showed up on time (even calling me at my office to let me know to come home and meet them there, no waiting!) They were both pleasant and professional, with excellent ideas for improving the security features of my house (most of them not having to do with locksmithing, and therefore not a sales pitch). Also, he offered me his Angie's List discount of 10 percent without my having to ask (once he found out I got his name from the List). A pleasant and productive experience!

Responsive upfront in both estimating costs and scheduling the job, and worked steadily through the doors and projects upon arrival. The men did a good job cleaning up afterwards. In the process, helped fix some alignment issues on one door. Applied Angie's List discount without reminding. Very professional job overall.
