He picked up the phone the first time I called & scheduled a convenient time two days in the future. He arrived at the appointed time & patiently tried a few different methods (starting with the least invasive) to get the padlock off the storage unit. This padlock was extremely difficult to open and eventually had to be cut, but he didn't slow down until the job was done. He cost was exactly what was estimated & I found it reasonable. Although it was an unfortunate situation to lose the key to the padlock, Bonded Lock Service solved our problem.

Scheduling was done quickly, the owner is a very nice gentleman. Because I needed a safe combination changed he sent one of his employees who admittedly did not speak english very well but what a pleasant fellow! I may not have been able to understand everything he said he had no problem with understanding directions and his work was A+. I thought the price was fair as it included the materials and labor and I was pleased with the locks used. You could visibly feel and see the difference between these locks and one you would pick up at the large box retail stores.

Mr. Silva did well by me. I needed to determine whether an existing exterior door knob & lock cylinder could be rekeyed or if it needed to be replaced. (When I bought my home, the previous owner left me no key to this secondary exterior door.) I had called around after identifying local locksmiths - from Angie?s List, of course! Mr. Silva was more than fair with me. After a thwarted attempt to rekey the cylinder, we determined the unit needed to be replaced. Mr. Silva was very willing to make me as many core keys as I needed. He worked with me to help keep my costs down. He was very professional and communicated his progress with me throughout the transaction. I trusted him which is really important for a main door to your home. I would absolutely call him the next time I need a locksmith?s services.

Gordon was fantastic. Given he charges by the job/task and not the hour, I was surprised when he spent the extra time to scavenge for parts in some of my discarded doorknobs and locks in order to save me $5 here, $10 there. Gordon was on time, professional, and the price came in lower than I expected. I will definitely call him next time I need work done.

Gordon is great, very knowledgeable and professional. we just bought an older house that needed to be re-keyed. not only did he show up on short notice, he performed all requested services very well, and even helped "tune up" some locks and door catches that were not working very smoothly. He was thorough and did a good job explaining options we had. We are very happy with his work.

I am very surprised of how impolite and unprofessional this individual is. I asked an estimate and at first he had seemed very nice and responsive but then, when asked via email for more details on the estimate, he simply replied with a one-sentence email 'I am not interested in this job'. I called him to ask clarification for this behavior, and he simply told me that 'he wasn't gonna go into details' to explain that reply, but that in general he felt that we were questioning his price structure (although, trust me, we weren't!). I tried to explain that that wasn't the case, but he kept being very rude... How unfortunate.

I was given a cost estimate over the phone, but the final cost was a bit higher than the estimate. No explanation for the difference was offered. The locksmith arrived promptly, worked efficiently and appears to have done a workmanlike job. The deadbolt is not as handsome as the one it replaced, but it does look larger and (I hope) stronger.

It took the gentleman about two hours to free up the moving parts of the vault and then somehow how he was able to determine the combination so it is now functional.

It's a small company so this was a big project for him. It's easy for him to do smaller projects like doing few locks but he can't do big projects. It was very hard to organize and get the things done on time. He is a great guy and he tries to be honest. He is very professional but the only problem is he can't do big projects.

the company is very responsive and professional; service was provided on the same day. My only suggestion might be to make it clear if same day service is more expensive. I was asked how soon I needed someone and I said "as soon as possible", but it wasn't actually an emergency Next time I will ask whether timing affects the price.

Gordon showed up on time (and called beforehand to make sure everything went well with the closing and the locks could be changed). He re-keyed all the doors - one lock was troublesome and after he fixed it he explained exactly what the issue was.

Gordon did an excellent job with the installation. Everything was very neatly fitted and worked very well at the end. He took plenty of time to do the job right.

The job was small. My husband had locked the keys to his motorbike inside the seat, but he was hooked to a dialysis machine and I was at work, so this job needed to be supervised remotely. Bonded listened to my story, then suggested I call the place where he purchased the scooter to ask if they could help. I couldn't tell if he was trying to get rid of me because the job was too small, or if he was trying to save me some money by not hiring him, but it didn't matter - I just needed someone to take care of this because all of our hands were tied. I just thanked him and went on to call A-OK Lock, my next Angie's List choice.

Great work! Gordon quoted me a price and mentioned I would get 10% off. When his associate arrived he noticed the poor state of my doorknobs and suggested that I change them, which I did. He made sure that all the new doorknobs matched the existing ones. Without my asking, he also fixed a door that was not closing well. Finally, he gave me some great safety tips.

Scheduled appointment for 2 business days at time that was convenient to me. Got a call earlier in day to say running behind & reset time for afternoon that worked for both of us. Did a great job, cleaned up after self, got extra keys and made adjustments to make sure everything was in good proper working order before he left.

I called Bonded Locksmith and they were able to come the next morning, which is what I wanted. They did a nice job with the repairs; we are very happy and would use them again.

The locksmith showed up on time and was polite and quick to finish the work. All three sites were cleaned up afterward without prompting. The locks installed are only of fair quality (one of them catches open occasionally), but overall the value was good. I would definitely use them again, though I will specify what hardware to use.

Our call was promptly returned and work was scheduled within a week. Gordan arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and professionally.
