Description of Work: The visit was for a boiler check-up.The technician showed up in a timely manner. He was very thorough in his job. He was also very informative and answered any questions I had. David Smith, the technician went above and beyond in helping to resolve other issues that occurred due to an old unit like mine.David gave advice and suggestions for what to do in the future. |I was very pleased with the service provided. Description of Work: This is the second time I've used ARS through Angie's list. The first AC tuneup was exemplary. This was a furnace tune-up and it was fine, except I had to ask if the filter had been changed and was surprised by the response that "I don't have those filters" and so it wasn't replaced. No mention of needing to do that, and no savings on the service. Today, the furnace shut down because the filter was clogged. I feel like they should have at least mentioned how important attending to the filter was.

Description of Work: I have used the services of ARS twice. The first was to repair my AC. Most recently, they replaced my furnace and AC. |The men are professional, curteous and respectful of your home. The best part is that the next day after the furnace replacement my hot water heater pilot light went out. I called and someone to come to the house in no time to fix it. The person who came was happy and had it back on in no time with a smile. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They cleaned all vents and returns, including bathroom vents, sanitized the system, and blew out the dryer vent. I had initially bought a $39 checking out package knowing that it would be more than that. I was a little surprised by the total but, since they were there, went with the proposed price. They did a fantastic job, were very professional, and did extra as well. As I lease my place, it turned out the system was very dirty, and the change in the air quality was noticeable. As were the improved dryer times as well.
