Description of Work: Tune up for my heating system that I paid up front. Though the weather had changed and my furnace was out. I needed to get emergency repair right away and at the same time that crew did the tune up. ARS was very understanding, they were all booked out at the time of the emergency. ARS did refund my payment right away. They were very professional and helpful at at getting the help I needed in emergency.

Went above and beyond to ensure the installation was done the absolute best/most efficient way possible. Love the system - works extremely well, quiet, and love the digital remote thermostat.

Description of Work: Company never contacted me after I purchased service. I contacted them after 5 weeks and they said coupon was only good for tune up. My unit stopped working at end of last year. I thought they would do normal tune up, and if that didn't work they would charge accordingly. I decided to go elsewhere and they agreed to give refund.

Description of Work: They installed 2 ductless ac units. They did not arrive until afternoon on the first day instead of the morning as discussed. They told us it would take 1 day but it took 2 full days and they sent a different crew for day 2. They hooked it up incorrectly so it was 80 degrees the first warm day because the compressor had frozen. We had 2 calls to them for performance issues post install and each time had to repeatedly call back because of no response. Their price was a mid range quote.
